Excepcional trato por parte del personal. Bien situado, confort correcto.

Habitaciones algo estrechas. Quizá un baño algo más renovado sería de agradecer.

Lugar céntrico. Habitación amplia.

Calefacción muy alta. Ruido excesivo ventilador en lavabo.

La habitación era pequeña, y el mantenimiento no es muy bueno, se notaba en el baño (la manija de la puerta se caía siempre...)

El servicio del personal, tanto de recepción como de restaurante. La disponibilidad de cafetera/tetera y sus respectivos productos en la habitación. La disponibilidad de jabón, crema, gorro de baño y gel todos los días. El cambio diario de toallas.

El personal (camareros) del pub-restuarante turco que hay en la planta baja, no resulta demasiado acogedor. Le sobra la moqueta en la habitación o le falta mayor limpieza diaria de la misma. El edredón de la cama es demasiado caluroso para la época de verano.

Localización céntrica

Muy ruidoso por la noche porque hay cerca dos bares que no cierran hasta las 3 de la mañana y se oye mucho la música en la habitación

Su ubicación. Estratégicamente bien situado.

Imposible conciliar el sueño en las habitaciones exteriores. Muchísimo ruido hasta las tres de la mañana. Zona de ocio.

very central, short walking distance to all major attractions of the city, room was very clean and staff very helpfull.

It gets too noisy at night, as theres a lot of pubs and bars in the surrounding of the hotel. I had problems to sleep due to it. In addition the breakfast is kinda poor, and the quality of the food isnt very good.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and was in a fantastic position for the Temple Bar Area, The Auld Dubliner Pub was the best pub I have ever been in. I must also reccommend the Dublin Bus Tour (Green Bus), it was the funniest tour I have ever been on and I cried with laughter most of the way round, in fact we went around twice..the bus stop is a 2 min walk from the hotel.

The hotel staff were not overly friendly, they were polite but very stiff and not what I was hoping for in my first visit to Ireland. They also take a credit card holding amount of your bill plus 100 euros, this was most annoying as I offered to pay cash straight away which they would not except also I had to send 2 angry emails after I had paid my bill and left the hotel asking for them to...

staff were excellent as was the room,breakfast.

Could maybe do with the rooms redecorating,starting to look tired especially the bathroom.

Friendly and efficient reception, good breakfast buffe and friendly service. beautiful ambiance at the ground floor localities
