Excellent location right in the center of the city, friendly staff, free parking in the hotel lot. Would have liked a gym on the premises. |

All the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. They had been well trained, but always went out of their way to be helpful in the most natural way. |

The welcome we received from the staff. Even though we were early and did not expect to check in until 2 pm the young lady at reception checked and as the room was ready checked us in immediatly. I also liked the quality product supplied in the bathroom. I would like to be able to get my paper of choicer rather than the one supplied. this is a minor detail as the overall experience was excellent. |

The staff were extremely welcoming and polite. The hotel is well situated next to Eyre Square. The view from the room was nothing but ugly concrete, but other than that there was nothing to complain about. |

As we only stayed 1 night at Hotel we did not experience much of the service but what we did was good, we were very happy with breakfast. I did not think it was good value for money, we were supose to get a superior room if what we got was the superior room im afraid it did not reach my expectations of a superior room. What we got appeared to be a room for single occupancy with two single beds which although comfortable was quite small, also it never fails to suprise me that some Hotels assume that you only take one shower a day! |

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also quite nice. Very close to all amenities. The hotel was rated as 4 star but the services available were poor. The decor was old fashioned. Room service were constantly walking into the room during the day which was very annoying. The porter mixed up our cars keys with another person so there was a half an hour wait to get our car. I have stayed in other 4 star hotels which seemed like luxury resorts compared to the Park House Hotel. |

Luxury surroundings that gave a cosy warm feel rather than the sometimes cold feel you get from a very modern hotel. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Food is excellant also |
