The location in the downtown area which allowed us to have a chance to walk the downtown core areas and markets. Fun and leisurely. I also enjoyed the friendly staff at check in, and in the hotel restaurants. Outstanding.

Very comfortable hotel, lovely foyer perfect to sit back and relax. Hotel situated perfectly just off Eyre Square. Warm comfortable room. For sports fans TV has Sky Sports 1, 2 and 3. Also large safe in the room well able to hold a lap top etc. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and when returning to Galway providing that the price is reasonable we will stay in the Park House Hotel. Limited car parking to the rear of the hotel although there is a multi story car park next door, If you are arriving after 6.50pm and you are prepared to move your car in the morning before 8.30am you can park in the loading bay in front of the Hotel, this is what we did. We did not have breakfast as we were meeting people outside of the city but I did read in one of the reviews that it was 22.50 each. We do like to spend money in the hotel we stay in especially if we have got a good room only deal (Which we had) but we would be reluctant to pay 45 euro for two breakfasts if the price quoted in that review is correct.

Location was very good The only issue we would have we were told that it was a superior room which it was not,a nice basic room nothing delux as your web site stated and that was a disapointment which may stop us using the website in the future.we have always used your site and this is the first time we were not satisfied.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are too warm, and the air conditioning is too noisy. Myself and my fiancé barely slept at all during our trip the hotel was so uncomfortable. There was also a big build up of limescale on the shower head which was off putting. Also, as we booked room only we had to park our car in a public car park, the cost of which was €10 per night. We were told by the hotel staff upon checking in and checking out that this fee would be subsidised to €10, which was the cost anyway. It felt very dishonest and it was worrying having our car in a public car park for the duration of our stay.

Park house hotel is a superb 4* hotel centraly located in the heart of galway city.it,s immaculatly clean with high class decor, the staff are available to deal with any issues or queries you may have during your stay, the only criticism I have is car parking, and because I booked room only I had to park in a multi story carpark next door,at a dicounted cost of 10 euros per night, the intial write up on the hotel implied that hotel parking was freely available, this is not the case for room only customers apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay both in the hotel and galway in general.,

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The building itself is charming and plush. Quite a noisy location; directly beside the train station and can hear all announcements.

The staff were warm and welcoming on arrival. Very helpful porter/valet in car park. Breakfast very good and once again very welcoming staff on duty. The room, although a little on the small side, was well furnished with two single very comfortable beds.

The location is excellent. The hotel in general is lovely and staff were friendly. The fact that we were on a room only rate and because of this couldn't park in the hotel car park. We had to park in another car park at a €20 charge. We would have booked b&b had we known this. The bed was very small as well.

Before travelling to Galway I looked up some reviews about the hotel and all were very favourable and so we were looking forward to our weekend even more. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by one of the Porters (Rory) we knew we were onto a winner. Every member of staff we met were friendly, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was spotless, food was fab and service was first class. Location was perfect. Will definitely be staying there again.

The location of the hotel and comfort were excellent. we were very disappointed to learn we could not check into the hotel until 4 and parking is not provided. It cost us an extra 20e to pay for parking in a separate car park. One night we came back to the hotel for a drink and were approached for table service, however half an hour later our drinks still hadnt arrived and there was no one to ask about them.

Really lovely staff and welcome, the bar and barfood were lovely, the bedroom was quiet at night time. I was very disappointed with the bathroom for a four star hotel. It needs modernising. Old bath with powerless shower, difficult to regulate the temperature and a shower curtain that has seen better days. The bathroom was very clean it would be just would be so much nicer if there was a proper shower given the standard of the rest of the hotel

Location was perfect The room was spacious and very clean however we had a room at the back of the hotel and every hour or two you could hear the loud speaker from the bus station across the road announcing the departure times of the next bus. It was loud and extremely annoying.

The Hotel was just perfect for our 2 day break. The atmosphere created within the hotel was very friendly and relaxing. The room was very comfortable and very peaceful as requested when booking. Staff were all friendlyand couldnt have been more helpful from the reception, bar staff, and restaurant staff. All in all we had a lovely time and it was only an added bonus to have booked the room at such a favourable rate. I'm sure if we return to Galway in the future we will certainly be booking to stay with you again. Thank you all again.
