our stay with park house hotel was wonderful, very comfortable. There wasn't a mark on any mirrors or glass surfaces. The restaurant food was to die for. Congrats to the kitchen. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you! Gemma & Gary Mulrooney |

Excellent facilities in both bedroom and bathroom, plenty of comfortable seating. Very good breakfast menu choice. Ideally located close to both the coach station, main bus stops, and train station, making the use of public transport and coach tours very easy. The choice of TV chanels was more limited than I expected, presumably due to local limitations. The bar was crowded on each of the 5 nights but there were plenty of good bars close by. |

I liked the decor very much. The hotel has lots of character and has an opulant feel. The staff were also extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant which is not too common in many hotels any more. Breakfast was also very good. Excellent location. The cost of parking was also covered by the hotel. A car friendly hotel in a city centre location is great. Finally, the delivery of two newspapers a day was appreciated. I liked everything |

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful decor - and I felt really pampered staying in the Park House. Look forward to staying there again in the future!! Parking was an issue, although the valets were very polite and helpful. Small size of lift - especially when you have suitcases |

I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel, very relaxing and comfortable. Reminded me of staying in hotels in New York or Chicago. I think all guests should have access to the hotel free parking. |

My husband and I were very happy with our stay, it was very relaxing, the room was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly, overall an excellent stay in comfortable surroundings. The hotel had an old style classic feel to it which we liked. Gervase on the front desk was very helpful and friendly. |

The Staff could not have been more helpful. Our meals were very generous and well presented. The hotels proximity to everything Shops, Theatre etc. was a great bonus and Parking was an advantage. I did not like the food in the bar area. Its a bit dated in decor but quaint too |

Very comfortable, great central position in Galway City - and, equally, a great base for exploration of Counties Galway and Clare. I think the tea/coffee facilites in the room might be a little better (more coffee and milk, perhaps even a small fridge for fresh milk ?) |
