The Price & location. Just at the Smithfield Luas Stop Rooms a bit grubby looking. Tiles in bathroom dirty. Got room service & the tea was cold & the sandwiches had obviously been prepared for ages as the were not fresh. |

The waitress in the restaurant was extremely helpful and accomodating. There was no information readily available concerning information on sites to visit, churches to go to, other restaurants etc. |

A very funky room, right next to tram and arran quay for walking into oconnel street. Also near to Smithfield stop for the bus tour - excellent considering it was minus 2degrees!!!! Room was very warm, had hairdryer and tv and cd player - nice touch! There was an ice rink outside the front of the hotel - hearing Rhianna until twelve midnight with the thuds and screams of people falling over several times over was a bit annoying! Oh, and the cleanliness of the kettle and cup and saucer was questionable! |

The modern contemporary interior design of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms Only the construction work outside which started up at 8am on Sunday morning but that was not the hotel's fault, I believe its the city council. |

location, staff, room size and quality. Safe became locked and took over an hour, three phonecalls and a visit to reception to fix the problem. |

Its location. It is on a public square, in a newly redeveloped and clean area, only a two-minute walk from a city transit train stop, and has enough services from surrounding businesses to make it convenient. It is also a 10-minute walk from many downtown locations, but far enough way to avoid the excessive noise, crowds, etc. |

The hotel is located conveniently. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I sat down to have a drink and work on my laptop but the waiter took so long that my laptop battery went flat. I would also like to see free internet for guests |

With an on-site leisure centre, this hotel rests on the edge of the city; a quiet haven with convenient transport links into the centre of Dublin. |
