On opening the door the heat just hit you immediately, the hotel was so warm and welcoming on a cold winter night. Cosy and comfortable. The bar food was excellent and coffee/tea available in reception before 6am, great service. |

great improvement on the last time i stayed (awful room, terible smell) This hotel shouldbe a gold mine, so close to the runway. My room was really nice and great value for money, the new owners seem to know what they are going |

Its proximity to the airport. We had a light snack in the bar and thought the food we had was good. The staff was friendly and efficient in checking in and out of the hotel. |

Its close prximity to the |Airport I booked a Family Room for 4 persons. There were only two towels in the Room, I had to go to the Airport to purchase soap,the room required me to travel down a flight of stairs & up a flight of stairs with 4 large suitcases, the route to the airport from the Hotel was not smooth for a trolley with 4 suitcases on it. Too many bumps, drains & steps to negotiate.All in all it was a poor quality service for an Airport Hotel,. The room & furniture was old and in need of a a good deep cleaning. I would only stay at the Hotel again if there were no other Hotels/room available in the vicinity. |

That it is close to Shannon Airport. LIke most hotels in Ireland, it was overpriced, especially the restaurant. The rooms are basic, bathroom outdated and dingy, pillows ancient. Wireless charge of 12 euros/24 hours is ridiculous. |

it was less than a 5 minute walk to the departure gates of shannon airport yes, i asked if their will be some hot water for a shave and shower around 5am, unfortunately there was none,. When i rang front desk they said it would take 15 minutes..45 minutes later still no hot water and also no one answered the phone after the first call. I was unable to shower or shave as the water was freezing. |

The restaurant staff were rude, ignored us. When the bill was brought no pen was left. Not enough milk/tea in room for the occupants. Kettle/cups storage was broken. |

The best reason to stay is location. A quick walk to airport with cart service. Easy car rental return. Hotel is shabby and unkempt but can manage for a night to catch an early flight, saves taxi fare. |

Staff was courteous and professional. Meal was excellent. Room was clean. The toilette leaked at the base. I suspect it wasn't mounted properly and the wax ring was seeping. |
