Kävelymatka lentokentältä ja bussipysäkiltä. Huoneeni vessan roskis oli tyhjentämättä, eipä ole koskaan aikaisemmin sattunut moista kohdalle. Ravintolassa palvelu oli hidasta, joskin hyvin ystävällistä. Se kyllä tuntui olevan Irlannissa muutenkin tapana, että mitään hirveää kiirettä asiakaspalvelussa ei suotta pidetä. |

That it is close to Shannon Airport. LIke most hotels in Ireland, it was overpriced, especially the restaurant. The rooms are basic, bathroom outdated and dingy, pillows ancient. Wireless charge of 12 euros/24 hours is ridiculous. |

it was less than a 5 minute walk to the departure gates of shannon airport yes, i asked if their will be some hot water for a shave and shower around 5am, unfortunately there was none,. When i rang front desk they said it would take 15 minutes..45 minutes later still no hot water and also no one answered the phone after the first call. I was unable to shower or shave as the water was freezing. |

The restaurant staff were rude, ignored us. When the bill was brought no pen was left. Not enough milk/tea in room for the occupants. Kettle/cups storage was broken. |

The proximity to the airport. I have a young family and this hotel was ideal for our early morning flight. The cost and the cleaniness of the room was average to say the least. |

The food service was slow but the food was excellent. The room was bright and comfortable. Very convenient for an early morning flight - staff was friendly and willing to assist with anything. |

It was convenient to the airport and we could park there for the duration of our trip. The receptionist was very helpful when we returned having lost the parking ticket. |

the proximity to the airport, the pleasant staff, roomy rooms and comfortable beds the water was kind of green and the bathroom was not the cleanest and their was no elevator our room |

The best reason to stay is location. A quick walk to airport with cart service. Easy car rental return. Hotel is shabby and unkempt but can manage for a night to catch an early flight, saves taxi fare. |

Staff was courteous and professional. Meal was excellent. Room was clean. The toilette leaked at the base. I suspect it wasn't mounted properly and the wax ring was seeping. |

Access to airport and parking. Staff at reception and bar were very nice and helpful, both the evening before and during check out. Service in restaurant for dinner was a bit 'sloppy' and they could have been more welcoming. Shower curtain did not fit sunken bath. |

we went to collect a family member at the airport, very early in the morning and felt that the hotel was really close to the airport, no need to get stuck in trafic the hotel needs a tidy up on the outside of the building and the windows and window surrounds need cleaning |

Food was surprisingly good and the ambience in the bar was comfortable and relaxing The room was just a bit out of date; big old TV, creaky old wardrobes and furniture, shower head needed a serious descaling! Starting to look a bit threadbare and in need of an update / refurb in my opinion. |
