It was within walking distance to the Shannon Airport, I could drop off my rental car the night before to make my 5am flight with ease. Seemed like everything was an additional charge, internet, parking, breakfastetc |

The only hotel within walking distance of Shannon Airport. The lampstand did not work and the radiator cover- a very large and heavy piece of wood- was entirely loose,unsecured, just balancing on the floor. It could have fallen down and hurt someone or indeed, it could have injured a child. |

The location is top. If you fly early, it is very easy to walk in a few minutes to the airport. Big room,good beds. |

proximatey to the airport Our room was on the side facing the street. We had asked if we could be moved to a room on the other side so that the noise would not be an issue. We were told no rooms were available. The traffic kept up most of the night and the noise made it difficult to sleep. |

Convenience for the airport. Very untidy grounds to the hotel with rubbish strewn across it. Not much tea and coffee in room. Bedding felt very cheap. |

extremely convienent to airport hotel really needs to remodel - mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracked tile. Electrical outlets wouldn't support high power hair dryer. |

The convenience. Very basic hotel. Not one I'd stay in for a holiday. Thought it was scandalous that I had to pay to park in the car park. No kettle even though I had requested one at Reception. |

Close to airport. Only reason for staying there and paying those prices for a mediocre hotel. Food, all eating facilities, room design/decoration. |

Ease of access to airport for early start was brilliant - being able to park car and trollies to hand in morning for walk across to airport was excellent we were in rooms downstairs with a buggy and 4 bags plus two children and there was no lift - Very poor |

I apprecciated the quietness and the cleanliness of the room , the fresnesh of the sheets . It look neat .. For my budget , the pric was too high which is a pity as I fly often from shannon to beauvais and would love to stay there all the time due to the practical location |

earlz check in was possible. Restaurant food was really good. Very near airport. Internet facilities were not very good, could not buy card at reception, had to swipe credit card, desk facilities were inappropriate, no room for use of mouse. |

arrived in dark & left in dark so didnt realise how close the hotel is to doors of airport and moved the car! Reception staff were very nice on arrival & departure. Its a basic airport hotel but great location. had two young kids (7mtrs & 3) was given a room two floors down and no one to give a hand with no lift! There was no water in room so i went to vending machine where there were two staff flirting beside me watching me put money into vending machine and when passed comment that it was empty was there another he told me that it had never been filled it had just been delivered that afternoon! |

Close proximity to Shannon Airport - in fact we could have walked across, if we didn't have a Rental Car to return! Night duty staff were friendly and helpful. |

I arrived late and left early the next morning. I drank a Guiness from your bar, which was excellent and then slept until morning. My only comment: when it rains, how do you get from the airport to the hotel without getting wet ? |
