The proximity to the airport. I have a young family and this hotel was ideal for our early morning flight. The cost and the cleaniness of the room was average to say the least. |

The food service was slow but the food was excellent. The room was bright and comfortable. Very convenient for an early morning flight - staff was friendly and willing to assist with anything. |

It was convenient to the airport and we could park there for the duration of our trip. The receptionist was very helpful when we returned having lost the parking ticket. |

the proximity to the airport, the pleasant staff, roomy rooms and comfortable beds the water was kind of green and the bathroom was not the cleanest and their was no elevator our room |

The best reason to stay is location. A quick walk to airport with cart service. Easy car rental return. Hotel is shabby and unkempt but can manage for a night to catch an early flight, saves taxi fare. |

Staff was courteous and professional. Meal was excellent. Room was clean. The toilette leaked at the base. I suspect it wasn't mounted properly and the wax ring was seeping. |

Access to airport and parking. Staff at reception and bar were very nice and helpful, both the evening before and during check out. Service in restaurant for dinner was a bit 'sloppy' and they could have been more welcoming. Shower curtain did not fit sunken bath. |

we went to collect a family member at the airport, very early in the morning and felt that the hotel was really close to the airport, no need to get stuck in trafic the hotel needs a tidy up on the outside of the building and the windows and window surrounds need cleaning |

Food was surprisingly good and the ambience in the bar was comfortable and relaxing The room was just a bit out of date; big old TV, creaky old wardrobes and furniture, shower head needed a serious descaling! Starting to look a bit threadbare and in need of an update / refurb in my opinion. |

This hotel suited us perfectly as it is the only hotel right at the airport so it was ideal for our early morning departure. Good size rooms and everything you need in the room. Didn't try any meals here, as we ate at the airport. |

The hotel's location inside the Shannon airport was very convenient, just right for a quick overnight stay before touring the rest of Ireland. There was no clock in the room, which is very inconvenient! Also, the towels in the bathroom very very small, almost to the point of being useless. |

i really appreciated the common halls like bar and restaurant i don't like the bathroom was really old and not well kept. the bath tube was skratched and dirty,. dirty also the room . my pillow had a spot on it, it was really bad |

Convenience of location, two minute walk from departures lounge Room was clean, however shower was really bad! Just a dribble of water. Pillows were like rocks and room was very noisy with airplanes landing, no soundproofing in windows. Also there was no lift and we were on the second floor so had to carry four heavy suitcases with no assistance |
