Staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was kept clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay and would go back again for the same reason. The whole breakfast was nice but i didn't like there fry, if you like a good fry in the morning you woun't like this one but other than the fry everything else was nice and fresh. |

the room that we were in may have had a sewerage problem as the wc was very smelly - we had to keep the window in the bedroom open even though it was a cold december night... unfortunately there was no bar food menu available and dinner was only available to those who booked a table up to 9pm. after this time, the only food available on any level was from a vending machine |

friendly staff, breakfast buffet. Quite rooms. drinks machine on each floor, swimming pool, sauna. Ease of check in and out. Evening dinner. Was disappointed there was no left luggage room, no extra pillows in room, Lack of international tv stations which limited the children when relaxing in the room. Hard third bed in the family room, this seems to be a converted sofa. |

Clean rooms, Friendly staff. Would recommend if you are staying in the room only and not going into the nightclub Nightclub was a disgrace, 30mins to get a drink at the bar, toilets overflowing from the word go!(disgusting) Residents bar closed @3a.m?? Also Me and my partner were put in a room with 2 single beds, one of my single friends was put in a room with a double beds even though we booked the same rooms? Person who checked us in should have been a little more vigilant. €14 for breakfast? The Kingfisher in Dundalk town was more than happy to supply a full Irish for €8.50(excellent breakfast). Really I can't accentuate the fact enough that the nightclub really really brings the hotel ratings way down.It was the most disgusting place I'd ever been. Also beware they take a €30 security deposit when you book that we knew nothing about! No atm either. |

Bath, scenery, underfloor heating. The staff were not friendly generally, The checkin resembled entry to a prision rather than a hotel. They insisted on €30 Security deposits and photo ID from each of us even though I booked and presented my credit card, I got the idea that staff seemed to be more like slaves than employees and under pressure all the time. The bar was rushed and disorganised with a lot of finger clicking at staff by the bar manager, not what I would call a friendly relaxed athmosphere. Breakfast well overpriced, I booked a triple room got 2 singles and a kiddy fold up bed for my 19 year old son which collapsed easily. On checkout the rehearsed "was everything allright" was said without making eye contact, They dont sell their local beer Mccardles shame on dem |

The hotel was very peaceful, staff were friendly, liked the rooms, they were bright and airy. The hotel is near to Newry for shopping, and has good access from motorways. Will be back again, have already booked. Personally I thought the price of the breakfast was too high. We got ours in Newry instead. 14euros for breakfast isn't an option in these recessionary times. |

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food and service is excellent I did have to complain about the chairs in the foyer, they had not been cleaned for a long time - food, grime etc was down the sides of the cushions, i did tell a member of staff and she was shocked and apologetic. |
