staff, food , location and value for money

water works, or dosen't. could not find advertised hot tubs?????? sauna/ steam not working and unable to have shower as the leak was washing the bathroom wall. staff unable to do anything for me when requested.

Everything. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was really nice and it was a lovely relaxing break. Will be stating there again as I have family in Foxford and I go there twice a year.

The staff at the hotel are excellent, especially, Mary, who at check-in showed us several room options to make sure we were happy with our selections. Had dinner in the bar, because there was a large event going on, -- food was good and servers were very helpful.

The hotel was somewhat crazy with a lot of children running around, because of the event -- however, everything quieted down later on. The hotel is not centrally located near the town -- somewhat of a walk. Cute town.

Staff were excellent. Room was spacious and spotless. Food was excellent value. Breakfast was the best I have enjoyed in Ireland for many years.Silence was bliss!

Hotel was nice and quiet and room was great. Beds very comfortable and had great nights rest. Hotel clean and well presented.

Reception was often left unmanned. Member of staff in breakfast room was unfriendly and seemed more interested in resetting tables than looking after us. It was 10 25 when we went for breakfast and fruit bowls were virtually empty.

Rooms could do with some DIY shower very hard to work as a knob is broken, broken tiles etc

Very friendly, Food excellent. Entertainment very good and lively at night.

It took too long to serve dinner. Disappointed the spa and treatments not open on Sunday.

I made the booking on Booking.com website. When we arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour drive the hotel staff had no clue about our reservation and we had to wait a considerable amount of time before we could go to our room. At the time of check out the staff then tried to charge 280 euro to my credit card after I paid the total amount in full at the time of booking. There is a miscommunication between the booking website and the hotel. This needs to be resolved!!!

Very quiet at breakfast and there wasn't a member of staff in the room to so it took a while to order a second pot of tea.

Small relaxed clean fresh hotel which allowed pet dog in. Lovely countryside surrondings,food good staff friendly and helpfull.

Would have liked the hotel to be overall warmer, thankfully on the weekend we were there it wasn't too cold

Myself and my Wife along with the other guests in the hotel were kept awake until three o'clock in the morning by the loud music coming from the bar. Several attempts were made by some guests to ring down to reception but to no avail while others went down to reception but found nobody at the desk. Next morning flimsy excuses were made and did not appear to be genuine. I dont intend to stay at the Park again.

Bathrom very basic and in need of painting

Very friendly & helpful staff, just a really nice hotel.

Lovely situation - close to Knock Shirine which we were visiting. nice clean room. Friendly helpful staff, good food.

Room was not heated - heat barely came on. We were given a small electric heater which was not great. This spoiled our stay because the weather was cold and room very cold!

Good breakfast

we had a reception there but when we were asked to go through for the blessing ceremony we couldnt take our drinks in which was understandable, but we then had to drink our drinks quickly as there was nowhere to leave our drinks and come back to them . I had just bought a bottle of Moet Chandon as was expected to drink it quickly, crazy

Food was lovely, close proximity to the town itself. Rooms were immaculate

Staff very friendly also very helpfully with directions to our journey on the balance of our holiday, we also found the bar prices to be reasonable and had excellent guiness
