I like it but disappointed to location
Nice comfy bed, cosy rooms, clean bathroom, shower was WOW! power shower! bus stop right outside hotel. direct access to city centre (30 mins). Staff were polite and friendly.
Location... Last bus back was at 1130pm. Wasteground (Industrial) views....
nottin at all not a nice places at all
nottin wat so ever
A bit isolated in its location
The hotel was good value and the restaurant had good menu selection. Will go back here again next time I go to Dublin.
The hotel is beautiful, the food is the best I've tasted in a long time (a bit expensive but worth every cent) and the rooms are nicely decorated
The walls are paper thin, I woke in the middle of the night thinking someone was moving furniture in our room... But it was the couple next door!! I could even hear their phone vibrating!!! Also the Pillows are wicked flat!
We requested a non smoking room but were put in a smoking room.
Great location, brilliant craic in the hotel bar, rooms are really comfortable and very spacious (junior suite), views from the rooms at the back of the hotel are lovely, quiet enough hotel at night too! The staff are all very friendly and
There's nothing really that I didn't like however in the toom we stayed in the bed was two beds put together and the mattresses were different heights which made it a bit uncomfortable!
Good big spacious room with big comfortable chairs
Furniture & Facilities bitten
The wedding service
The food was a disgrace , very late coming out, pirates were still frozen and meat was very dry ! The bouncers in the night we're rude at times and the girl behind the desk at night was extremely cheeky
The rooms are all lovely and the food
As we were a group staying we went bk to one room we were asked to leave by security and escorted to out rooms like children. We were not noisy that was the room 2 doors down. Was a bit put off by that.
Location to the airport/port. Surprised by the place!
Can be a bit noisy with planes taking off overhead.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and warm. Good selection of tv channels. Lots of tea and coffee in the room which is always a bonus. The bathroom was one of the best we have ever seen in a hotel, very spacious with the option of a walk in shower or bath. The restaurant also had a nice selection of food and the two meals we eat were quite nice, however perhaps a little over priced with the Asian Stir Fry for example coming to €16ish.
Wi-fi was very poor. It kept losing signal and for a four star hotel we felt that was very poor quality.
Good food, helpful staff
Very poor nights sleep, a rowing couple in adjoining room and hallway seemed to shout and roar at each other for an eternity. No sign of security staff who were clearly visible early in the night
Good food n drink, clean n comfortable rooms, polite staff, lots of hot water. Powerful and easy use shower. Fantastic presentation and selection on Breckfast menu.
No music or radio stations on tv thus having to listen to tv prog whilst in bath/ shower. Limited tv channels. No simple instruction manual to operate aircon, Bacon at Breckfast tough and dry.
Friendly staff at check in & throughout the function we attended.
poor service at breakfast
Shower pressure Noise
Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, bathroom was great size. Children was very welcomed.
I like to stroll around while I am staying at a hotel but this hotel was too far away from anywhere and we had to drive. It would be ideal hotel for business or stay over from the airport but not for a leisurely weekend.
Location was excellent and food was good.
You could hear the airplanes coming and going all night from the airport! Also we booked a junior suite and it was nothing like it had looked on Booking.com, I was dissapointed..
Location, parking, staff was friendly, food in the restaurant was nice
Some finer details were lacking, carpet was slightly damaged
It was near blanchardstown. Receptionist drew me a map on how to get to the village, she was very helpful.
My second time staying here and I got lost again trying to find it. There was a really strong smell of stale smoke in the bedroom and bathroom, I never complained tho. On arrival there had been no booking for us. I had confirmation but receptionist booked us in and was helpful. The food in the bar was ok but didnt impress me I feel it was over priced.
Food was good and staff friendly
Rooms were small and cramped, carpet was stained and furniture was marked and stratched. Reception was small and badly laid out. Also location? Nowhere near blanchardstown- in tyrellstown??
There was no seats available in the bar
