Room size was good. Staff were good.
Bed was horrendous. Like a prison bed . Squeaky and hard. Pillows were like rocks
The appeal of a four star hotel for three star price was irresistible. Staff very helpful, food very good, good size room and good breakfast. Even though there were some dislikes I would have no problem staying here again as it was close to my destination and is a very good hotel.
The hotel had all the facilities of a four star with all the little extras in the room. The room was starting to get a little ragged and there was a black spider's web in one corner. I stayed here as it was five minutes away from my destination. I had no time to explore its position. Found it slightly hard to find and was virtually out on its own.
We've stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have never had any complaints. Everything about the hotel is great, staff are always friendly and accommodating
Room was very dated paint peeling from walls, bathroom door did not lock we got a smoking room as we entered the room the was a horible musty smell of smoke abit of airfreahner wouldn't of went a miss. Room was also cold but we were supplied with a plug in heater
Nice friendly helpful staff
Location little far from center
No shaving mirror.
Lovation was as stated.
the waiting staff in the bar were so rude not a smile between the lot of them. We were told that there would be entertainment at bar that night and was none. Also the drinks at the bar are ridiculously expensive.
Room was freezing cold when we arrived and when we asked for help with adjusting room temp we were told someone would come to the room to help but nobody arrived. We were provided with a small electric radiator which eventually heated the room.
Comfortable and clean. Excellent room service.Good quality breakfast with plenty of parking. Grand for a business overnight but hard to recommend for a private visit.
Lack of atmosphere . Disastrous cumbersome Wi Fi which requires joining a third party provider with a voucher each time you stay. Vouchers out of date resulting in missed and late emails. Some rooms with no separate shower just a sloppy bath with the hated shower curtain.
We ordered food and when it came out it was cold bar staff rude and have not much personally the hotel was nice first time staying
You over charged my card Maxed it out and I could not get gifts for my kids on my way home after been away for 3 days Thanks And it's 12.03 on 18/12/14 and I still haven't got my money back on the card Not one bit happy about this
Excellent value for money
My other 2 friends didn't get the twin beds they asked for even though booking was made in August for 2 TWIN rooms
Staff very helpful and friendly. Bus service just outside the door. Free parking. Easy to find just off the M50. Very comfortable room.
good location for shopping centre. adequate and free parking. Good bar food available until 22.00hrs.Friendly and helpful staff.
Unusual for a hotel room a little cold.
Room was exactly what I asked for and clean and tidy, breakfast excellent and the two evening meals I had were really really nice, compliments to the chef, all of the staff from housekeeping, waiters, and reception, were really pleasant and a credit to the hotel.
Water cress on Yorkshire puddings......sacrilege, but I will forgive you.
Staff was lovely and helpful
The room was frezzin . And the bed was rock hard
staff were nice and friendly
the room ,it was not the room that I booked, very small double bed and no heat in room ,I let them know about no heat and a staff member brought a electric heater too our room and it was very cold out on 6th december
Lovely breakfast and bar. Super comfortable bed.
Could hear people having a chat in the next room, it felt like they were in the room with us.
Restaurant food and service
Rooms cold Air conditioning not working Plug in heaters required No food available between breakfast ending and lunchtime Bar prices steep so far from city centre
Efficient Checkin . Room well presented but starting to appear worn. But it was ok for a business stay.
Very quite with little atmosphere around the bar/ lobby area. Empty minibar. Very limited tv choice no radio. It's really stretching it to call it blanchardstown. Not even a pen supplied in room- would have ordered breakfast in room if there was! Bathroom could do with a deep clean .
room was fine, staff were friendly
not given wifi code when checking in
The staff on the reception desk were very helpful. One girl (cant remember her name, Irish with dark hair) went to great lengths to get my husband an appointment with a local doctor when there was no Doctor available to see him at the hotel.
In short, my husband got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich he ate in the bar on the we arrived (it was the only food we didn't share that day or the day before and I was fine). He was very ill the following day (he had to see a Dr) and for the next three days he was still ill. Duty mngr "investigated" and concluded that it was not their food, complete denial of the situation and then it was ignored for the rest of our stay (6 days). We asked to speak to the General Manager twice and he never made contact. All we wanted was an acknowledgement instead of being ignored as if we were lying. It ruined our trip home, extremely disappointed with this "4 star" hotel.
The fact that there were break ins to cars it was poor comfort to think you might go out in the morning to find your car damaged
Nice friendly staff.
Booking stated hotel in Blanchardstown but in fact in Tyrellstown so taxi fares cost lot more.Made trip more expensive
Spacious and clean hotel
Too far from Dublin Centre. Not enough lifts
