A very warm welcome, scones on arrival. Very clean, comfortable, well maintained. Rural location (make sure you know where it is before you begin your travels). Excellent choice at breakfast from cereals, homemade bread, lovely homemade jam and a great full Irish breakfast. Leaving.

Park South was very welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Although it was a sad reason for our visit Mrs Lane made our stay very enjoyable. We would stay again and recommend to anyone wishing to visit the area. David & Suzanne Ellis

Eva made our stay as perfect as it possibly could have been. From our (admittedly late) arrival on the first day through several early starts during our 5-day stay, nothing was too much trouble for her and we were made to feel at home in every way possible. The Irish breakfasts were awesome and the little kindnesses such as scones and coffee when we returned after a long day's travelling were extremely welcome. Eva has long experience running her B&B and it shows in her attention to detail on every level. The food was always of a high standard and the welcome effortless and genuine. We really felt valued customers. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would love to return at some point in the future.

The staff was very welcoming : scones and tea are so nice after a long drive ! The room was quite big and confortable. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was most delicious ! The only small negative point is that the B&B is a little bit far in the middle of nowhere (but it's perfect if you enjoy the calm of the country !). We arrived at 8pm and there was not a lot of possibility to eat at this time in the nearest town...

We (a party of five) slept there for a night. The woman who runs the place welcomed us with pastries and drinks. It's a really nice place, neat and cozy. It's about 20 minutes away from Mallow by car. But it's great if you don't mind the drive or you're looking for peace and quiet.

My wife and I and our 18-month old daughter arrived at Park South about two and a half hours later than we had planned after crossing the Irish Sea to Rosslare in a terrible storm and then driving. The welcome we got at Park South b&b made up for all the misery of the journey. Eva is one of the most welcoming and accommodating hosts I have ever had the privilege of staying with. Tea and amazing scones were waiting for us when we arrived at 10:30pm, everything was perfectly set up in the room (which was lovely, spacious, and immaculate), and breakfast the next morning was superb. We traveled on to Dingle the next day, but I would certainly consider a return to this very lovely part of Munster and this b&B.

We had a really fantastic stay at this B&B, and we really cannot rate it highly enough. It felt more like you were staying at a family home rather than a B&B because we were made to feel so welcome. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area :)
