Clean and comfortable and not too far from centre of Dublin.

Quite expensive for what it is, but not too bad. Area suppost to be not that safe but never encounted why.

Very busy street

Location was excellent for our 4 day stay, easy walk to attractions etc. Apartment pretty new and reasonably equipped. We were missing a couple of pans and had a sticky tap when we arrived, fixed by the time we had been out for a walk.

A little difficult to find on Parnell Street as the numbering system is very strange. May have been easier if description included advice to report to 'Kingfisher Apartments' to pick up the key (only two doors down Parnell Street from the South West corner of Parnell Square).

Location

Apartment was expensive, lift was out of order and hadnt been working for a month and wasnt repaired during my time there. Tv only had 2 chanels but this was changed after I tried to contact the staff on numerious occasions.

Big spacious area - kitchen and lounge area was nice. Bedrooms had everything required. Location was perfect for what we needed. Rooms were comfortable and bright. Place was warm.

A little too basic for the price you pay. Could of provided the little things - e.g - soap in bathrooms - pillow cases on the extra pillows, kitchen towels - wash cloths. Possibly tea and coffee. Inexpensive to purchase but make a big impression. Two tv's in lounge barely working - strange. Bathroom towels were dirty and shabby ended up using my own. These could be purchased across the road at penney's for a couple of euros.

La situacion del apartamento y sus intalaciones

Lo unico "malo" el baño... Estaba bastante descuida no en limpieza sino en instalaciones...

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir andando a casi todos los puntos de interés del centro. El apartamento es amplio y relativametne nuevo Dispone de lavadora y lavavajillas

Teóricamene estaba prevista una limpieza del apartamento con cambio de sábanas, toallas...a mitad de semana pero nunca la hicieron a pesar de reclamarla 2 veces. La dotación de la cocina, sillas, platos, etc es insuficiente para el número de usuarios del apartamento (7 plazas, hay cuatro sillas...) Está algo falto de mantenimiento (pintura...)

Su excelente ubicación, la relación calidad precio y su luminosidad.

El lugar de recogida de las llaves(nº 167 en la calle Parnell) resulta algo complicado de encontrar al no disponer de un numero visible en la puerta.

- تم اخذ مبلغ ١٠٠ يورو مقابل اضاعة المفاتيح (مفتاحين) - لم يتم تنظيف الشقة الا مرة واحدة خلال فترة اقامتي وهي مدة اسبوعين . - لم يوضع ادوات نظافة للتواليت (شامبو- صابون ) - صعوبة الوصول لها والاستقبال ليس هو المسئول عن الشقة

موقع الشقة رائع جدا والمدخل أمام موقف الباصات وفي بداية السيتي سنتر ويوجد جانب الشقة كافة المخلات الازمة والمطاعم الحلال

الشقة قديمة لكنها نظيفة وكانت بعض الدفايات عطلانه وتم تأمين دفاية متحركة لنا وأحد الغرف كانت بها نافذة بالسقف وكانت مؤذية وبالنسبة للحي الخلفي وراء العمارة كان سيء وغير آمن وكثير من حذرني من الذهاب لهناك خصوصا بعد فترة المساء أزعجنا ان الصالة وسط الغرف فعندما يصحى أحد يكون هناك إزعاج

Good- location and price. North part of the city, on the tourist on/off bus route. Good sized place with all basic needs met.

Bad- Very basic. Needs to get a hair dryer, soap in the bathroom, coffee/tea, some art on the walls (go to ikea and get basic prints).

The location is excellent. The apartment was clean and had all the required ammenities. Enjoyed the stay.

The passage way to the apartment smelt absolutely revolting. Once in the apartment there was no smell but the short walk down the passage was hell. We struggled to find the apartments initially and were not aware that another business did the check-in. Once found it was very easy and the late desk clerk was brilliant.

Location is great. Close of the citycentre.

- The appartment was said to be for 4 adults. The sleepingcouch was way to small for 2 persons so 3 adults is max for this appartment. - The firealert went of in the middle of the night. It took about half an hour before is was turned of.

Nice big apartment, very clean and lots of facilities included. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The apartments were in a great location, very close to the main street of Dublin. Very good wifi access also.

The hot water sometimes didn't work.

The location was good and the apartment was massive. It is hadn't been for the issues then this would've been a great place to stay.

Not enough hot water for more that 2 of us to have a shower, it was freezing and the heaters didn't heat the lounge/kitchen enough. The sofa bed was broken as the slates had been taped together and then broke as soon as someone slept on it.

Spacious apartment. Good location - close to touristy O'Connell st., Hop- on hop-off bus tours, and Airlink shuttle drop-off from airport.

Very hard to locate as accomodation reception address is not numbered, and is handled by Kingfisher apts. Reception staff. Area appears reasonably safe, but is somewhat "in transition" from seedy to trendy.

Localizare, dimensiunea apartamentului, curatenie

sehr gute Lage, zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke, 24 Stunden Ansprechpartner bei Fragen beim Kingfisher-Vertragspartner wenige Häuser weiter (z.B. wegen Steckdosen-Adapter oder fehlenden Töpfen, woraufhin ein nagelneuer Topf geliefert wurde). Betten waren gut und sauber, Apartment mit zwei Badezimmern für vier Personen komfortabel ausgestattet.

Die Straße mit mehreren Bushaltestellen und dem gegenüberliegenden Krankenhaus ist relativ laut und die Fenster schließen nicht besonders dicht. Die Schlüssel müssen beim Kingfisher um die Ecke abgeholt werden (rote Tür), was nicht gleich erkennbar war. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung aber unbedingt empfehlenswert.
