Clean modern accomodation
Windows were single glazed and not great soundproofing - we were on third floor so it had no huge affect
Great location with many shops and eateries close by. A spacious apartment with all that you need for a great stay. Also there is a multiscreen cinema 5 mins walk away.
Central, close to everything. Very comfortable and spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Like a home away from home. Kitchen well equipped. Even entertained my son and his partner as our apartment was bigger than his!
Internet speed is rather variable. I was connecting back to the office and it was reporting network congestion. Fridge had a mouldy smell. Huge bathroom but tiny shower tray!
Fantastic location and very large apartment with everything you need from cooking to washing Sleeps 5 persons so is very reasonable We arrived very late but the gentleman kept our room which we really app and he was very nice
One small gripe there was no wine glasses but as I said very minor inconvenience but us aussies luv our grog lol
Very close to city attractions. Staff were very obliging in storing bags twice for our group. Nice spacious apartment for 6.
Oven did not work (and staff said they knew this!), which was poor for using for family. Onlyenough hotwater for 3 showers...again not good enough for €235, although did credit 10% back after making mention of above.
Great location , facilities , staff .
Poor wifi signal (apartment 9) and leaky shower hose/head . Not that it massively mattered .
The location and facilities in the apartment were excellent. Lovely apartment with everything you could want! Biscuits were a nice touch too!
Lack of communication on instructions on how to find the apartment once at the address!!!! Broken shower holder which was fixed the next day - excellent - thank you. Lack of instructions on how to lock the front door. The next day had problems getting back into the main front door ...... not sure if access code had changed. I rang up the manager's number but did not get a response.
Very spacious and well equipped, even a washing machine, which we didn't need for three nights! We were a 'mum and dad' with two adult sons and one girlfriend in tow, but the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were more than enough. A good location for food shopping for those who want to eat in. Far enough from centre to be quiet but not too far to walk to all amenities.
Not enough hot water for five showers, but once we spotted 'booster' switch we were fine.
The flat was well equipped. It was a great location and had a good kitchen to cook in.
Cold concrete floors and wall. Flat was over an archway where delivery lorries stopped all night long and kept their refrigeration running. very noisy Wifi kept going down all the time.
we believed we were staying ar no 50 Parnell sqare but were taken to Stewart house 300 m away in parnell st. Entrance hall was dirty full of bin bags and freezers very offputting.no tea towels and we had to change are arrival time to suit them
the location is great
I stayed at a first floor flat, and it was the noisiest you could ever imagine! the buses, cars and the people, so forget about sleeping after 5AM.
location is excellent for walking & shopping...apartment is clean, spacious & well equipped. Will stay again..
no reception/front office so have to make appointment to check in. Problem with internet connections eventhough free wifi....

Staff were great and met on time agreed. Apartment is as described. A good place to base the family for exploring Dublin. Safe and secure entry to building and apartment.
A minor point. The apartment is in need of a bit of a spruce up, it was all well cleaned but the decoration has reached the end of its life.
Spacious, clean apartment with excellent facilities in an ideal location.
Confusion regarding check in, instructions not clear and not very professional.
We chose to rent an apartment with kitchenette to have more room (2 kids 9 and 13 years old) and save some money by cooking/eating in. The apartment was neat and clean, comfortably if simply furnished. The apartment was within walking distance to all activities we did in Dublin.
We very nearly didn't find how to check in to the apartment! The check- in instructions gave an address that is no longer used by the rental agency, and the cell phone number provided was unanswered for a nervous 20 minutes (all while the cab driver was trying to help us with meter running). Apparently they'd "sent an email" noting the change in check-in location, but I hadn't received it. More significantly the apartment was in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, and even inside the building I was a bit nervous. There were cigarette burns on the hallway rugs, the lobby smelled of urine, and my husband found a hypodermic needle on the patio outside our floor of the apartment! Also the building clearly said no smoking but the whole place (including our apartment) smelled of smoke. If we'd had another option at the last minute we would have taken it.
Very run down, from lights coming off wall, unfinished panels n hall, poor finishing throughout, shower head broken, toilet seat lose, no blinds for skylights. No body wash or toiletries Uncomfortable lounge furniture, poorly equiped kitchen - a coffee plunger? casserole dish? decent frypan?
Central location. Once the manager was found he was extremely helpful. The size of the apartment.
The property was extremely difficult to find. The wrong directions were given from the website. The only reason we found them was the person at the direction was able to give me the correct phone number. Many light bulbs broken and needed more cooking implements. No parking
I really like the close proximity to central dublin and places like Temple Bar, which I went to daily for the pubs and nightlife. The apartments are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
It's very hard to get in contact with the staff, there's really no reception area if you have questions, you have to call a number and your apartment can't make phone calls. Also, this place is very pricey for, in my opinion, only average accomodations.
