The rooms were perfect for our stay, priced well and clean rooms. The staff in the Bar were rude after hours and the night staff were incapable with dealing with a member of our party who was locked out of his room at 3am. |

Ticked almost all the boxes. The hotel website is very accurate and is a fine place to stay Unfortunately I had to leave quite early at 7.30am and the hotel did not start breakfast until 7.30am which was disappointing |

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The food in the bar and breakfast was very good. Very good location for shopping but yet was lovely and quiet and not noisey like in the city centre. |

Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You would need transport to go into the city as it is a bit of a walk with shopping bags. |

The overall appearance of the hotel is welcoming and reception very trendy. Receptionist on arrival and departure was friendly and informative when we asked about eating places/directions etc. Room was a good size for the three of us. As a couple with one older child accompanying us it was excellent to have the offer of an additional bed in the room at no extra cost. Our room was clean and more than satisfactory. Underground carpark was a bonus. The breakfast (buffet style) although copious and of good quality did tend to be on the lukewarm side. One member of our party who returned to the buffet later on did get the expected piping hot food - so perhaps tops had been left open by earlier guests?? The only minor irritation. |
