I found the staff excellant, always offerring to help. The lift was out of order, & we were staying on the 2nd floor with 6 month old baby, stairs to bar/breakfast area, difficult with pram etc, but the staff did offer to carry pram upstairs. Staff were the most efficient hotel staff I have ever come across, I'm a hotel manager & they put my staff to shame. |

Friendly staff, spacious triple room incl. breakfast at a very reasonable price, nice pool It didnt bother us but if you were a light sleeper there is noise coming from the smoking area off the bar that can be heard in your room even with the window closed. I would advise asking for a room away from this area if you have problems sleeping. |

We arrived late, and were therefore late for the evening meal we had booked. The Restaurant waited for us, the meal was superb and the waitress pleasant and helpful even though she was late finishing. The room and indeed the hotel was very clean and comfortable. |

The hotel staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very good breakfast buffet. The room was very clean. Hotel is very close the attractions of the city and easy access to the highway. It was very hot while we were in Ireland and the Hotel did not have air conditioning. We stayed three nights and on the last night we asked for a fan. The staff was wonderful and looked all over the hotel and found one for us. |

Once inside the Hotel, we were very impressed with quality , decor and especially staff. Nothing was too much effort and they were all very polite and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in a Hotel. Recomend this hotel especially value for money |

Clean, comfortable room. Free wireless internet at lobby. Free parking onsite. Breakfast was not that splendid but okay. Was absolutely satisfied with the cost of value. A little far from the city center. But that's not a big problem if you are travelling by car. |
