The position of the hotel suited our needs. The staff were helpful and considerate. The facilities were of a very good standard. The breakfast was first class. |

The room was very comfortable.When I enquired about internet access I was immediately provided with a cable because the receptionist said the wireless connection was poor in my room. The bar food was very mixed, great starter however the vegetables with main course were inedible. |

Convenient location. Very friendly staff. lovely pool, sauna - great temp. leisure centre is a bit run down, changing rooms pokey, floor wet. |

THe food was lovely I found it was very noisy and we did not get to use the underground car-park. I could not sleep with the amount of biy-racer cars that were in the outside car-park |

I found the staff excellant, always offerring to help. The lift was out of order, & we were staying on the 2nd floor with 6 month old baby, stairs to bar/breakfast area, difficult with pram etc, but the staff did offer to carry pram upstairs. Staff were the most efficient hotel staff I have ever come across, I'm a hotel manager & they put my staff to shame. |

Friendly staff, spacious triple room incl. breakfast at a very reasonable price, nice pool It didnt bother us but if you were a light sleeper there is noise coming from the smoking area off the bar that can be heard in your room even with the window closed. I would advise asking for a room away from this area if you have problems sleeping. |

We arrived late, and were therefore late for the evening meal we had booked. The Restaurant waited for us, the meal was superb and the waitress pleasant and helpful even though she was late finishing. The room and indeed the hotel was very clean and comfortable. |

The hotel staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very good breakfast buffet. The room was very clean. Hotel is very close the attractions of the city and easy access to the highway. It was very hot while we were in Ireland and the Hotel did not have air conditioning. We stayed three nights and on the last night we asked for a fan. The staff was wonderful and looked all over the hotel and found one for us. |
