Good location, not too far from city centre Detected a slight lack of care. Asked for a light bulb but never got it. Three people staying in room for 2 nights but only got two towels for second day. No major concerns but a little more attention required. |

Very clean & friendly. Staff very helpful with questions on Dublin area. It was very grateful having the ability of free tea & cookies 24/7. I would definitely return & recommend! The only negative part is carrying your luggage up the stairs at the entrance way. |

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The mezzanine suites are amazing and make you feel right at home with the staircase and the fresh linen. The children loved everything about both the hotel and the neighbourhood. They didn't replace the towels and didn't vacuum on a daily basis which was needed with 2 children sharing the room (or replaced some towels but not all that had been used), but I'm under the impression it was the cleaner's fault and not the management's. This doesn't suggest that it's not a clean place to stay though, it's a 4 star hotel in every way! |

It was very close to the RDS which was the main purpose of our visit 1. The Window in the room did not open so it was quite stuffy. 2. The room was for three people one double bed and the second bed was a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. It was not stated in the website that the second bed was a sofa bad. 3. The power in the shower was too strong. These aside the location of the hotel was very convenient to the RDS and the staff were very pleasant |

Lovely room (loved the artwork!) good shower, comfy bed etc, very good coffee! Good location, walking distance (15mins) to city centre but quiet area at night time i.e. no street noise in your room. Breakfast was very expensive, and can be bought for far less in nearby cafes. |

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable and in a good location. I have stayed in the Hotel a number of times and each time i have found the reception staff to be indifferent towards customers and uninterested in their jobs. It is as if it is too much effort to even answer a question. It would make such a difference if one was made to feel welcome. |

rooms were clean and very comfortable. The decoration was lovely and the complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits was a good idea although would be nice to have some hot drink facilities in the room. On the first morning we enjoyed lovely home made scones. These were not available on the second morning as they had run out.restaurant service was slow on the second morning and waitress was rude . hot food could be warmer. although when I complained and ordered french toast-it was delicious.so much so my husband ordered it on our second morning but it wasn't as good-cold plate! |
