Staff were fantastic. So so helpful whilst busy, but remained calm friendly and efficient all the time.
Wifi not working. Towels threadbare.
Could not sleep as bed and room was cold. Kettle broken, no plug in sink ( so shaving not an option) no hangers in "wardrobe" so hung my clothes on back of chair. Asked to get up at 7am to put ticket on car, yet had to wait till 8.30 for breakfast. That 8.30 breakfast start made my business meeting a late one! And the rate was far too expensive for what was provided.
Hotel is very close to train station and Luas stop which makes it ideal for visitors without a car or those who don't want to drive in Dublin. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was available if required.
Spacious room, near the tram and railway station, helpful staff and the beautiful girl who checked me in ;)
The price Dilapidated room
Near Heuston Station Couple of good pub/ resteraunts close Clean
No evening meal available Not able to get early breakfast in hotel or nearby Broken toilet seat Bed light didn't work
Close to town
Having to pay 14€ for parking overnight, wifi only in lobby, & not much good
Staff were pleasent, room clean with amenities.
Shower very small
No wifi in the rooms.
€120 for tiny single bed , quilt cover wasn't clean . Usual Irish policy of over charging .
The staff need to do more with helping people who stay there
Good location quiet hotel
Bar was very poor. And overpriced. Very quick to get you out of the room. No noise allowedat all.
Convenient for public transport.
Old worn out uncomfortable bed. Ugly sooty fireplace in the bedroom. Skimpy supply of tea.
The location was great for access to the train station, trams and airport bus.
Felt it was overpriced for what the hotel actually offered.
I really must compliment the staff who were very friendly and polite.
I have to say the rooms reminded me of old fashioned bedsits!!! They were clean but basic with a capital B!!! In our room the tea making facilities were located right beneath the television, which is probably not the safest place to have it!!! Also there was no wardrobe to hang clothes in!!!
it was handy for the Luas and concert venue.
That breakfast should be included.
Location and price was good for what you were getting.
Room was most basic we have ever booked. Needed to be refurbished. No rail in wardrobe, no hangers, bathroom door sticking, only one bar of soap,no shampoos etc.. shower not draining away, no headboards, no tea making facilities in room on arrival, no mirror in bedroom. Improvements which could easily be remedied.
The room above us had a couple and child in it from dublin who seemed to be the parents were shouting screaming and cursing all night and morning it was terrible I will never stay here again
The staff were helpful and the room was impeccably clean. A nice hotel, Well situated near Heuston station and Museum Luas.
The room was uncomfortably warm and very small.
Good location and wifi.
Helpfull happy staff Clean room
Room had low shower and low sink. I was not informed of this before I used room and it was morning before I saw shower as curtain was around it. Water went everywhere. If this room is been sold to someone they should be informed of facilities.
Clean / Staff service excellent; Food reasonable, on the whole a fair hotel for a short stay. Ideal situation for our requirements.
Lack of car park would be a major drawback for a longer stay
The room was very nice and spacious.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds very comfortable. Location perfect.....near train, buses and Luas.
Shower in bathroom was for wheelchair access so shower head very awkward when you're 5ft 8"
