Dit door een familie beheerde hotel in het centrum van Dublin kijkt uit over Phoenix Park en ligt op slechts 200 meter van het treinstation Heuston en de rode Luas-lijn. great location within easy reach of Heuston station as I needed to catch an early train. my room was fine but I thought the lobby could do with a vacuum and the exterior looked a bit grubby especially the sign on the main street.

very convenient and well located. Large rooms with everything. They had turned off the heat because it was the month of May, but in fact it was really cold inside the room. I asked in the reception to turn on and they told it wasn't possible because they had turn off the whole heat in the hotel one week before, so we had to ask for one more blanket,( like old times)

The hotel is very convenient to the train station for those going / coming to western Ireland. Rooms on two stays were nicely remodeled. Very short on staff. Desk personnel wait tables in the restaurant, cook and wait tables at night (very limited menu) - the cook in the morning cooks, waits tables and does front desk duties. The room on one of our stays was dirty, had no toilet tissue, no towels and was very small.

The room was very nice, the bed comfortable and everything very clean conveniently located close to dublinbus / luas / train As many other reviewers wrote, there's no hot water in the morning - there was plenty of hot water in the afternoon of the day before, so I assume it's got to do with the capacity of the boiler rather than anything else .. for the price i would have liked to have breakfast included or at least wifi

the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. The location was perfect being out of town but really close to the tram service. The only thing I would have changed would have been the towels. They were threadbare. There could have been better tea/coffee making facilities, a biscuit would have been nice oh, and there could have been some shower gel in the shower.

We spent one night there. We've choosen it because of its position close to Heuston railway station. Infact it's only 5 min by walk away and the day after we had to take the train to Cork early in the morning. Easily to get there from Airport Bus 747 end stops at the station). The hotel is silent and comfortable. There's a restaurant inside. The staff is line and well educated. Our room (n 119) was at the ground floor on the back. A little bit small but clean, silent and suitable for a night. In general it had been a bargain. Of you get there late in the night, no restaurant le pub serving dinner.

Family-run. Delightful staff. One of our party developed a bit of a crush, in fact (he should know better). Very good food - a fine Irish breakfast. The bacon was crisp. Good ingredients. Great city-centre value. All round excellent welcome. The location (a half-hour walk from Temple Bar) has some fine pubs - apparently it's 'come up' recently. Hotel has been refurbished recently, and the facilities feel fresh and clean. To nit-pick... WiFi signal a bit low. According to a local, this can happen on the Thursday and Friday - probably due to lots of users. Overall, a 9.5 on 10 - unless you're looking for a boutique hotel, which this isn'T.

Phoenix Park Hotel was very central to the zoo and city centre. Rooms were clean and rates were cheap. Perfect for a night away! The bar and restaurant facilities aren't great. They're clean but basic so don't be relying on spending time in hotel!

Good location, close to city centre, Luas red line. Spacious room. Friendly staff on reception. Room was a bit cold, heaters took a while to come on. Shower wasn't very powerful.

Great hotel for a quiet holiday ,friendly helpful staff, especially the bar man and receptionast Comfortable rooms ,with spacious showers for the larger person free wii-fi Well located beside a lot of tourist attractions and the Phoenix park ,real value for money , will definately be back

It's location was very convenient. Especially with the hop on - hop off bus it was the best choice, as we managed to visit all the major sightseeings in 2 days. The check-in was at 14.00, but we were allowed in the room after 16.00. The 2 boys in the reception were very helpful, but the old couple were giving us a hard time

“De ligging van de Augustine Apartments is prima voor winkelen en voor museumbezoek of historische bezichtigingen.
