Location, easy going atmosphere, pool
The views are spectacular.
Cobwebs on windows and paintwork needs redoing in bedroom. Beds uncomfortable. Heard neighbours talking so kept awake by their coughing and snoring.
Great location brilliant views
Having to go home
views, lovely beach
Maybe a fire would be nice?
No coffee facilities in room.
Very relaxing and helpful staff.
Found the Broadband a bit of a damp squib, no signal in the room but ok in the bar.
Brilliant shower. Sparkling clean bathroom and gorgeous fluffy throw on top of the bed.
Felt like the band was playing outside my window with Cosy Powell on the drums and i was on the 2nd floor. When the music stopped at 12:30 pm my neighbours in the next room spent the next 2 hours enjoying each other... paper thin walls!
just very friendly
The bed was not the best..but cannot complain too much
liked the area, it was very tranquil.
the menu was not good, fish was not fresh it was processed! The layout of the room made it very difficult to move around, I cut my leg on the side of the bed as the space between the bed and the table was too narrow. I noticed from negitive reviews about this hotel from last year, that nothing has changed, and probably never will. However the staff were lovely and are probably the biggest asset that this Hotel has to offer. shame about the lazy management and their lack of vision regarding their dreary menu.
Located in a beautiful part of ireland. Friendly attentive staff
I couldn't switch off the light at night without getting up. I discovered in the morning that the switch is hidden under the head of the bed. Had to keep the pillow on the window to prevent the draught
Staff were excellent and food reasonably priced. Entertainment really good
The seaweed bath facilities were a little dated and not really that great
Very helpful and friendly, courteous staff. Great little swimming pool. The views !
Relaxed, laidback atmosphere.
Wifi was't working.
Laid back staff No hassle to get ourselves fixed up with swimming gear for leisure centre as we where unaware it was available. Rooms great size Breakfast real good
The hotel is located beside the harbour in Mullaghmore... Where you are a couple of minutes away from the beach and a wonderful walk along by the Atlantic ...
It was out of season so nowhere to eat but the hotel..food was not great and some items on the menu were unavailable...
Breakfast was very good
had to have dinner in the bar
The staff was lovely, the rooms were nice, the food was nice. The location is amazing.
The WiFi was poor, like the rest of rural Ireland, the infrastructure is not up to the task.
Location excellent. Peaceful setting.
Location Room and bed excellent Staff and service great
poor wifi in my particular room gym a bit dated, needs improvement
The shower was good. Breakfast time flexible. Lovely location.
The bed linen old, one pillow pp, no sheet. Food was poor and expensive in the pub. The staff were ok but not too helpful. We booked months in advance yet didn't get the room we expected. Couldn't open the windows properly and draft coming through. Breakfast area was way too hot.
we asked the band on Sat nite 2 plz turn music down, as glasses vibrating on table, were very rude. receptionist asked twice, to no avail, so 6 mature couples left, cldnt listen anymore, there was no1 on the dance floor.
I arrived after restaurant closed, but not a problem, the bar-man made me a pizza to have with my drinks. all staff were friendly and helpful, trying their best to be flexible for cutomers.
Room walls a bit "thin" so sound carries along corridoor. this really didn't matter much,as beds were comfortable, and I was getting up at first light
Convenient & good value. Fantastic view from dining room.
Heating off in bedroom. Rang reception to be told it waz off but could be turned on but some other guests might then complain about it being too warm. I insisted as it was a very cold night in October.
