no heating in the morning, too cold to have a shower. no internet from our room, meaning my partner could do his work! on asking for a sandwich to our room, we were told we could not have one as the manager was not there, when we questioned this the phone was put down on us!!! very dissappointing indeed. |

i thought the location and staff were very good, the meal during the wedding was very good. my room was freezing cold and it was full of spiders which means its not been cleaned to a good enough standard, i had a sore throat since i left. |

we loved absolutely everything at the hotel, couldn't fault it one bit. we will most definately be going back asap. the sauna and hot tub were a pleasant bonus, the veiws were spectacular, breakfast out of this world, twin lakes dining rooms and food to die for. if it's r&r you're after then this is the place to go. recommend it 100%. |

Hotel was grand and comfortable.The rooms were nice and clean and fairly big.The food and drink was good apart from breakfast. The only complaint i had about the hotel was they had the cooked breakfast in containers with flames underneath but this did not work as the breakfast was cold. |

the area/setting was beautiful balcony access was a great bonus, there was free internet connection and all the ammenities needed to in the room for independance eg iron, tv, tea/coffee facilities etc the restaurant service was a bit too pretencious and should be brought up to the century we are in without loosing its beautiful ambience |

The staff couldn't have been nicer, they were very friendly and we felt very welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the loch. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had some lovely fish and chips in the bar where the prices are pretty much average for the menu available. The buffet breakfast in the morning had everything you could want (with maybe the exception of a fried egg!). The area around the hotel is extremely beautiful and relaxing with some lovely wee lochside bays where you can sit back and gaze at the view or indulge in a bit of birdwatching. Nearby towns are very small and quiet. We got a deal on this hotel which made it excellent value. |
