Pontoon Bridge Hotel  

Very friendly atmosphere, quiet relaxing location.

We were meeting up with over 29 relatives who live locally, so your hotel was an excellent meeting point.

It was very noisy, but we hadn't realised it was the special weekend for all the first holy communion children.

the staff were very friendly and extremelly helpful, the location is beautiful

unfortunately there was a wedding on when we stayed which had the hotel taken over a bit

It is a very old hotel with spacious rooms, but everything is extremely worn...the floor, the furniture... we especially liked the stunning view of the loch, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly, dinner was ok, but a bit on the expensive side. Umwerfende Lage am Loch, besonders, wenn man, wie wir, ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See hatte. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt im gesamten Innenbereich, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, besonders der Empfang. Das Abendessen war ganz gut, aber nicht gerade billig.

Staff were excellent. Beautiful views. Excellent location within easy reach of many beautiful places. Bar has a wonderful homely feel to it.

The hotel is not as stunning as the photos on the website would suggest - it was disappointing in this regard. In places it looks a little run down. When you walk around the small harbour the view of the hotel is not good with beer barrels visible under the deck. At the side bins are visible - not in keeping with the area.

Very Friendly Staff

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, very comfortable and well laid out. The bar / restaurant are exactly what you need, spacious but cosy. The food was delicious and priced adequately. The setting of the hotel is out of this world, the views of the lakes is outstanding.

I found the staff to be extremly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, have stayed here quite a number of times and always enjoyed it.

It was a pity it was so quiet, would love to see the hotel thriving again

The lovely countryside, the nice room, and the very kind staff.

It had a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious.

The beds were hard, the bedspread was worn, and the blankets scratchy.

The sauna and hot tub were out of order while I was there,very disappointing as I specifically asked abot them when I registered.
