The breakfast was included and to a high standard! There was no hot water for a shower which meant washing my hair in a freezing cold shower!not nice when your on a special night out. The staff were not Irish which took the whole Irish experience off. One staff member in particular was completely rude on arrival. |

The staff was pleasant and always helpful. The breakfast was great and at last the hotel is placed just at 5 min walking from the center. I don't have any complaint. |

the staff is very friendly and helpfull On arrival we got a room that would be a single room in a hostel. The bed was really small and so was the room. We mentioned this to the staff and they couldnt chance the room as the hotel was fully booked. The next day we got another room from witch the size was good but the beds where terrible, so old. They charged us for a double room and wanted us to stay in a single room. Would not book this hotel again. |

Great value, great location, great big clean room. I suppose the sound of the nightclub underneath was a hassle, but we brought earplugs so we were ok with it |

Location, relatively good price, nice to have coffee and biscuits in the room and the ironing board was a good touch. Staff encountered were friendly and professional in the main and very attentive re admittance via the front door.Whilst no air con, good that there was an electric fan in room without having to request. The attached bar provides good food and drink if required at reasonable prices. I did request a non-smoking room but there was a strong smell of stale tobacco in the room, it was the major negative for me and outweighed many of the positives mentioned. View from room window not overly scenic but no big deal and disturbance one night in particular from loud music downstairs. I would say a lighter duvet wouldn't go astray since there is no air con and duvet provided more appropriate to winter months. |

Price very reasonable. Availability of on-street parking free overnight from 6.30pm to 8.00am. Also located on banks of the Canal in an agreeable area of Dublin. Noise from Karoke Bar directly beneath bedroom. Try to ensure your room is located a good distance away. |

Not a very lot to tell you the truth. The staff are very good and friendly though. I wasn't overly impressed. Yes,the remote control in the bedroom didn't work. the view from teh room i was in wasn't very appealing. The food i got downstairs wasn't hot when i was eating it. It was lukewarm. The scrambled eggs i got for my breakfast were only luke warm aswell. The people were getting in each others way when they were queing to be served. I think the queing for the food isn't properly thought out,it dosen't work. |
