Very friendly host, who was very accommodating. The breakfast was tasty, everything you would want. The hotel is dated but clean, and convenient to the railway and the city with good eating places nearby. We will certainly stay again and wish the new owner every success.

This is an excellent place to stay for really cheap on buisness or leisure trips. It is right in the centre of the city but yet is easily accesible. Hope to stay there again soon

The shower was not working good and there was no soap in the bathroom

We were warmly greeted by Christopher and very well looked after. Liz made a marvellous breakfast :-) The location is literally 2 mins from the main street and the guesthouse was beautiful and very clean. They couldn't have been more helpful, we will definitely be back!

    Nothing!

The staff were the highlight of out stay. The location. Good kitchen facilities. Great value for money.

The shower head didn't fit the holder and kept falling during our showers. Needed a small stool by the dressing table.

Kind staff at desk. And also nice to talk to. Location is easy to find as arriving and also close to centre, just needed a walk to get there. Guesthouse car park available as well.

Had to kill 5 spiders in the room in order to have wife and son a bit more relaxed. Wifi either not working or very slow and for our family WFi is a must!

Enjoyed the outside terrace for wine with friends.

It was a little shabby, but completely adequate.

i loved the buliding upstairs and downstairs, lots of old character.the free tea and coffee in the lounge area.peaceful and relaxing stay. The English couple were very friendly and good hearted and they run a good ship.

The shower in my room made a lot of noise and not a lot of hot water from the wash basin. The breakfast should maybe be included in the price when you book a private room as a single or double, bit pricey for the extra € 7.

    Location OK

When I checked in the staff member never told me about the parking at the rear of the house. There are no Card Payment facilities so cash only . I was not offered a receipt. To top it all the room and escpecially en-suite were filthy. Not good value. Better available in Waterford centre

Downstairs kitchen available for use. Fairly close to city centre. Quiet part of town. Good breakfast available for extra charge.

Only take cash, no credit card facilities. No elevator, only stairs (also for the entrance). Old building and a bit creaky.
