Premier Apartments are a unique alternative to hotels, offering style and comfort with the space of your own home. Our luxurious Apartments are located in the prestigious Sandyford Business Park.

The tram (LUAS) goes every 7 minutes to Dublin City Centre in just 20 minutes, from a stop right across the road. Dundrum Shopping Centre, the largest shopping centre in Europe, is only 5 minutes away by tram. The Apartments are also located on a number of bus routes, including the Airport link.

Sandyford is Dublin's most dynamic business and residential district located on Dublin's south side.

Food & beverage

The Premier Apartments are self-catering. On the ground floor of the complex you will find a convenience store with hot deli counter, coffee shop serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:00 - 21:00 with in-room delivery and a Luxurious Chinese restaurant with an open terrace.

Room information

The apartments offer ‘a home away from home’, with bedroom, bathroom and separate living room and kitchen with dining area. All have been designed to a 4-star standard, each with a 32-inch wall-mounted Cable TV, under-floor heating in bathrooms and a mini Hi-Fi. Other facilities include fresh linen and towels and toiletries. A DVD player can be provided on request.

Each apartment has its own balcony with views over the surrounding mountains and Dublin City.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with built-in appliances, including an oven, hob, large fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine combined with a dryer. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

Area information

Sandyford is Dublin's most dynamic business and residential district located on Dublin's Southside, just south off the M50 Motorway accessed from Junctions 13 and 14.

The Sandyford Industrial Estate, lying north of the M50, is one of the biggest estates in Ireland for light industry, warehouses and offices. It is home to over 600 major national and multinational prestigious companies. Recent developments include the construction of hotels; apartment blocks, shops and a private hospital - The Beacon Clinic - with 24-hours emergency service, located just a 5 minute walk from Premier Apartments

The reception is open from 08:00 - 20:00 weekdays and 09:00 - 17:00 on weekends. For all guests arriving out of these hours, the apartments are happy to arrange self-service check-in with 24-hours helpline. This information is provided in advance, upon making the reservation.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. The staff was really friendly: we had a problem with the broadband connection in our room and they immediately offered us a room change. The Luas stop was 1 min away from the building and in just 20 minutes we could be right in the city centre.

The smoke detector was a little bit too sensitive...a burnt toast and and the fire alarm was on already!

The space, decor and amenities were excellent

The accommodation is pricey and you might benefit from reduced prices in off-peak times. Many students in the RCSI were interested but were not prepared to pay €88 per night - hotels in city were offering accomodation with breakfast from €55 - €70 per room

These appartments are unbelievable value for money. The place is spick and span and the staff will do their very best to help you. The beds were very comfortable it was like being at home. A*

It was very far out of dublin city but the luas was close by so it wasnt too hard to get into town

Having a store under us was very handy. The store was great for breakfast and lunch. Also, having the tram stop close by was very convenient.

Outside city center, but excellent connection with the tram.

The beds were soft and hangy, backache as result. Modern, but high usage (surfaces) and worn out.
