The suites were excellent value for money and were like a home away from home! |

Staff were friendly.Good location for Galway.Suites are spacious with comfortable beds. The directions to the suites were vague from front desk and the rooms were cold when we checked in at 8pm in the evening even though it was quite wintry outside. |

It was a very relaxing hotel and great value and staff were very helpful with the few problems we had It was just a small bit far from the city but wasnt much of a problem as we got cabs very easily |

The suite was very comfortable - nice decor and good facilities such as a microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc even a small iron! Staff were very helpful. A little bit disappointed with the location, I thought it was actually in the city centre but it was on the outskirts - although there was a good bus service. |

The leisure centre was very nice The one bedroom suite in which i stayed was not very clean, there was a smell out of the fridge and the carpets and walls had a lot of stains bit of a turn off alright!!! |

i liked the freedom to come and go as we pleased i thought the food was very poor. i would have liked a toaster in the suite, and when you provide a smoking room you should provide ashtrays |

The suites are spacious, modern and clean with the security and facilies of a hotel but without the noise, hustle and bustle of a large hotel. The large indoor pool and spa were also an added bonus! The checking-in and out processes could have been handled better - they were quite lengthy and a little unorganised! |

As already stated, do not go if you do not like children ,lots of children. we requested a non smoking room and we got a suite which was obvious a smoking room. make sure you complain, I was dismissed quite quickly for not doing so. Bar food is horendious. |

Swimming pool and family sized rooms. Block D Family rooms were not allowed to charge meals and drinks to the room. Giving a second class citizen impression. They had a swipe of the visa card and authority to charge to it. Why treat family room members like this. |

Accommodation was good, spacious rooms, generous enough living area, however on a rainy day (which Galway has plenty of) it is a taxi trip into the centre. Would be good if there was a minibus running hourly or so. No balcony in the apartments. |

I liked the spacious room and the fact that both rooms were joined by a living room. Tv was great as we could play music on it as well as watch tv before we headed out and also the beds were very comfortable. Th water pressure was very low and we had to get someone to look at at for us which delayed us a little. |

Size of the rooms was great. The front desk associates were very nice and helpful. The name of the hotel-Premier Suites was no where. We drove by the Days Hotel 3 times and finally stopped in to ask where the Premier Suites were; only to find out they are one in the same. It was not noted on any of our information so very frustrating. |

Excelklent accommodation and nice freindly hotel While the cleaning was done to a good stamdard, the chair covers and carpets were stained and this had a negative impact on us. A request for clean chair covers had no effect |
