Two bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5 (3 'children' aged 16, 20, 21). Spacious. Great value. 20 minute easy walk to old Galway City. Clean. |

Location and parking great easy access to Galway City. Food was great in the restaurant. Great rooms and atmosphere in the hotel. Will stay again Was a bit disappointed after paying over 500 euro for our room, It was not serviced over the whole weekend and also, when we requested towels etc it wasnt the best service provided. As this was my second time staying here when we previously stayed in the suites the rooms were serviced that weekend |

Suites offered good facilities for families, particularly having a kitchenette. Spacious interconecting rooms was a plus also. Provision of dishwasher tablets would be welcome. |

We had the 2 bedroom suite. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. We were not informed that there would be no daily maid service in the 2 bedroom suite. Also, the front desk would offer to help with a problem (no internet, new towels, tea/coffee refill), but when help arrived they were charged to complete other tasks (change light bulb, lock ajoining door, bring milk packets). The original complaints were never addressed. It was surreal. |

The convenience to the city centre, the swimming pool and treatments. We used the bar restaurant for our evenng meals and this was excellent. We liked the relaxed atmosphere and the staff. We had booked the two bedroom suite which was great for our family. I would have liked to have more entertainment in the evenings - there was music in the bar on one night of the 3 we stayed. Also the hotel in general could be a bit cleaner and the showers in the bedrooms were not the best! |

I Liked the hotel as we booked a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights and there was 5 of us. I felt we got great value for money and we all had our space. The door from the kitchen to the hallway had not been cleaned and something very dark had been spilled on it, it let the hotel down as every time you opened the door we saw it. |

Nice hotel, bar area etc. and not to far from town. Very good taxi ordering service Reception staff were incredibly slow at times - appreicate it was race week but still too slow. On entirely different point, we ordered one bedroom suite with large living and dining area - we expecting limited kitchen facilities but there was only a microwave, not even one ring or toaster - we did request a toaster and that was brought up. Lastly internet did not work in my room. |

Our suite was very spacious and well appointed. Reubens restaurant served delicious dinners and the breakfast buffet was also very enjoyable. The swimming pool was at a nice warm temperature and was great fun for the kids. We also enjoyed the facilities in the kids club although our children decided not to join the club as we were only there for the weekend. |

The suite really suited us as we traveled as an extended family (Grand parents). It gave us lots of flexibility for eating and when people went to sleep or got up. The pool and changing rooms could do with some repair, their were tiles missing, broken etc. |
