There was a Duvet on the bed instead of blankets. The shower cream was Dove and not a cheap substitute. Our room number was 2089 which was extremely difficult to find as when you went to the Lift there was just a sign op to 2060 or thereabouts. So we had to wonder a bit to find a sign advising where to find it. After waiting to be seated for breakfast and advised that you go and get breakfast (which is not a problem) twice we came back to our table and other people had been seated there. On the Sunday morning for breakfast we queued for over 40 minutes out through main reception area, we thought it was due to tables being full but when we actually got seated it was due to lack of staff to clean tables off. The staff in there were trying to do work fit for 3 people each. |

We enjoyed the comfort, and its closeness to other facilities. The corridors are long to get from reception area to some bedrooms. |

the hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes in the car from town and also close to the INEC for concerts the breakfast was slightly cold on both mornings of our stay and the towels were not changed once during our stay of 2 nights, also the resturaunt staff were very slow with service even though it was not busy. |

staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfy and clean. Family suite brill as it had kettle toaster and microwave in it. Kids really felt at home being able to have tea and toast before bed. Rooms need to be checked after use as window lock broken, lock on bathroom door broken too. |

It was convenient to the town and very child friendly, facilities at the hotel were good, especially the fridge in the room as it meant, we could keep milk/juice for the children which helped a lot. The playground could do with some improvements and the changing rooms at the leisure centre were not great. |

i like my family suit room, the cleanliness of the hotel and the activities for the kids its a family oriented hotel and the service specially for breakfast its quite good, its a good holiday for my family and relaxing even though its rain the whole time were there. my room its a bit warm so they should put some electrict fan, the food i should say its not really good though the menu for kids is good, but the food itself has no taste at all. |

It was very family orientated and the facilities there were excellent and we enjoyed the meals in the evening in the bar. There was only one issue and that was on the monday night I ordered a pint of guiness and the foreign barman wanted to serve me a pint that was already pulled and i refused and asked for a fresh pint.He ignored me and put that pint in front of me and I again asked for a fresh pint and refused to pay for the pint he pulled. He was very rude and took the pint and through it doen the sink and then poured me a new pint. This employee hasn't the concept of the customer is always right . |

For the most part the hotel served our purposes very well as we were out sightseeing most of the day. Found the numbers and presence of families and small children overwhelming particularly at night time in the lobby, bars and restaurant. No doubt for couples with small children it was perfect. |
