It was clean and comfortable and the music in the bar was nice. The pub was good. The prices seemed to have been raised because of the Rod Stewart concert. |

The staff were friendly. It was close to the city centre and Thomond Park. There was a good selection of foods. They need more staff to accomodate alot of guests. It was very noisy at night time. It needs to be updated. When the kitchen runs out of food eg Lasagne it should be highlighted on the menu so not to disappoint the customer. |

The staff were friendly and we had a drink and bar food in the bar. Both the choice on the bar menu and the food itself were excellent. |

We liked the location and the complimentary car parking, so few hotels offer this. Breakfast was very good value and tasty. Staff was courteous and efficient. No, everything was satisfactory, Thank You. |

The size of the rooms. The late check-out deal (€15 extra and stay 'till 5pm) The carpet was fairly ugly! Also, the hotel is in a very dodgy area. I really didn't like that the hotel tripled their rates because there was a big concert on in Limerick. That's just mean. |

The interior decor and general comfort of the rooms and leisure centre. The outside areas were rather dismal. |

Excellent position and good facilities for garaging and swimming The fact that the dining room was monopolised by coach party and everyone else had to eat in the bar |

Nice clean and functional hotel, rooms are normally €55 but on this night a twin room was €179. This was due to a rugby match that was on in the city |

Very helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere. Room was quite and well isolated from any outside noises. Swimming pool was open until late. It's a very good hotel, if you want a proper rest and don't mind paying a little bit more. I expected it would be more kind of luxourious hotel, but the hotel didn't go up to this standard: the treatment rooms (massage etc) were closed during my stay, there was no tea/coffee maker before coming - had to ask for one. The breakfast served to the room had very poor choice, no coffee was served and it costed 17.50eur, which would be quite expensive even for a breakfast of regular-choice. |
