Room was clean
Wakened by maintenance person hoovering the leaves at 7am. Breakfast was cold at 9.15am and had to be heated in the microwave and the meal was effectively tasteless. Both room keys had to be reconfigured in order to let us use them.
Location (suited my needs)
Dirty room Smell in room Noise in morning Staff in bar (ignored my partner when we went to dine there - had to go to bar to get our own menus and order from there too)
Nice Leisure centre. Decent breakfast. Staff friendly. Price reasonable. Plenty of free parking.
Rooms (especially bathroom) tired in appearance. Carpets about the hotel a bit worn. I would mark this hotel 3.5 stars. Would stay again despite my critique.
Leisure centre was very good and not crowded. breakfast was good and plentiful. Checking in staff were very welcoming.
The morning breakfast staff need some education on good hygiene practice. Not good to see a table cleaning cloth wetted from the hot water outlet of the coffee machine!
Helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms, pool
Location felt like industrial estate, halting site nearby, breakfast not included
The pool was great. Lovely and warm at all times. Spotless and staff very helpful and friendly.
A womans touch is needed in the bar.
Staff we're very nice
Terrible breakfast; cheap ingredients badly cooked. Leisure centre not child friendly. Towels are well past their sell by date.
room was very clean and comfortable...loved the balcony as it was very hot ..had a trike motor bike with us and they let us park it safely.
I couldn't fault a thing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Leisure facilities were fab - warm pool, very modern gym. Breakfast buffet had a large selection of great healthy foods. Bar food was marvelous value for good prices and again a great range to choose from.
The fact that I had to leave to come back to work.
Proximity to city centre and reasonably comfortable room though low standard.
Poor choice of meal options and quality of hotel was very dissappointing considering price of room.
Rooms spacious and clean
No room service at night or residents bar
location was good
TV not working reported on first night not fixed after 3 nights stay Shower curtain not clean flush noisy
Staff were friendly (some of them)
Junkies in the corner in the first night area of parking in front of hotel. Being overcharged £10 more than the price quoted on booking.com dogs barking every night from the Traveller Camp across the road. The view of the local amenity site which was next door to the travellers camp. Fire alarm at 10:30 on Tuesday morning with no advance warning or apology, still don't know if it was a false alarm Restaurant only open for large coach group Large funeral party on Tuesday eve, who were shouting and swearing, blocking paths within the bar but not challenged by Staff Staff at bar ignoring guests whole serving the larger party. When asked were they still serving food I was told To get order in quick, 3hrs later saw funeral guests with food obviously served from bar. Next night asked for food, said food was finished 50 mins before, while another bar staff member served food
Couldn't sleep because of the loud noise from the trucks unloading at the supermarket next door aldi, in the middle of the night, had to checkout early to drive home to sleep, never again will I stay at this hotel
Like the location and was very impressed with the facilities
Our room overlooked the back of the bar which was very noisy at approx 10pm and then again for the morning deliveries which disrupted our stay
I booked my room through booking.com. When I rang to put a cot in our room two nights before we were supposed to stay I was told my room wasn't book at all. Finally after over a hour on the phone to the hotel where I talked to their manager I was told it was booking.com fault and I had to sort out the error myself. I was told the hotel couldnt contact booking.com as they had no contact detail for them!!!!! Ten minute later while I was still fuming with the hotel with their unprofessional manner of dealing with my issue which was no fault of mine it was a mistake between booking.com and the hotel, I was told it was all sorted and the manager would meet me on our arrival to apologise. Which he didn't! !! Ok hotel but the way they try sort out my booking issue was shocking.
Staff very pleasant & helpful. Very relaxing place to stay
Size of bedroom and very comfortable large bed.
The hot breakfast is poor standard - food was cold.
I'm a bit unsure of this Hotel, I was there when there was no water, but in fairness they had bottled water for you at reception. Easy location on the outskirts of the city, but it's a bit rough around the area. Reception staff were fairly good.
The location is only if you are going to stay in the Hotel or travel by car into the city. What REALLY annoyed me was the menu said "white fish and chips with a lime tartare sauce and side salad", I specifically asked the barman what it was and he said Cod. It wasn't Cod not even Pollock, it was some type of frozen flat fish, no sauce, pathetic salad. Desert wasn't any better. Everything going out seemed to be frozen re-heated rubbish. Not good enough.... Limerick seems to have very poor dining facilities, I'm down there every few weeks the last six months and I'm getting a bit sick of it :-(
When on way I got a call to say they had water damage and we were being booked in somewhere else but that didn't have a pool. So the kids would have being very disappointed so we didn't ho. Very disappointed
...good value, good facilities, free parking, shop nearby, clean and comfortable
...some rubbish left in room, bath fixture broken
Staff, service, facilities
Alcohol and food overpriced
Leisure centre was excellent. I love your swimming pool. Not too deep! The bedrooms were adequate. Overall good value for money.
This is outside the control of the hotel but the surrounding area was not pleasant to walk in. Dogs dirt and rubbish. We walked into town but were advised to take a taxi after dark.
