The holiday house was spacious, clean and bright. We found this area to be unsafe because of the follow: Extremely loud angry disturbances to the side/back of building, ie car parking area.A car went into a wall to the back of holiday house during the argument. We woke to female a manger and guard, to ask questions. Not exactly the stay I had planned., especIally with young chid ! We did not receive any compensation form hotel for lack of disturbance and stress ie voucher for lunch ect. |

Loved that our family of 5 was able to stay in a 2-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, dining room, family room. It was spacious and affordable, however, it was old and in need of renovations. The couches/chairs were filthy. Bedrooms were a nice size. We only stayed 1 night so were not able to participate in the large venue of family/children activities. Apartments definitely need renovation work and new furniture in the family room. Carpet would be nice throughout the apartment since it didn't feel clean on the bare floors. Overall the apartment felt a bit grimy. |

very convenient for twn. apartment was spacious apartments too far away from main hotel for older people.Could use a quieter bar area evenings |

The apartments did not have cooking facilities. Usually apartments have these. I think this should be made clear to guests that they are not provided before booking. |

The location was excellent. It felt safe for family use. Good entertainment and facilities. Having to vacate at 10am, I felt it was a bit too early. |

Staff not very helpful. I would even say they were rude and unhelpful. Over run with people. Not a very plesant experience |

Rooms were spacious. The water heater was not adequate to accommodate more than two showers in a row. As we're a large family it was frustrating having to either take lukewarm showers or wait around until the water warmed up. Also it was an unexpected expense to have to pay for the pool and mini golf. The website leads one to believe those facilities are free to guests. We were not offered any vouchers as other guests were to cover these extra expenses. |

The appartments were excellent value for the time of year and in walking distance of the town which was very lively and friendly. |

La possibilité de se faire à manger, chez soi, dans un pays où les resto sont hors de prix. Le spa ouvert jusqu'à 22h pour les parents Le bar super bruyant avec tous les enfants. |
