Independence (in one of holiday houses), convenience, access to beach, use of pool

I liked having the apartment with three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and front room. Pleanty of room.

There was no wi-fi in the apartment which was very annoying. We had to sit in the hotel entryway to use the wi-fi.

The swimming pool complex. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

The house was of good size to accom a family of 6 clean and all the basic needs where there. The location was good 1 hour from Cork city and Waterford city with the beach only a 5 minute walk from the house if the weather is not on your side there is a games room and complex on the grounds of the hotel to keep kids busy

Staff the best. So friendly! Kids very welcome. Bar perfect for family eating. Menus good. No frills but good good food . Leisure centre staff so helpful. One got into pool with my little girl to show her how to use swim aid!

Holiday homes but shabby! Outside they look old but bedrooms and bathrooms spotless ,

the house was lovely with plenty of room and the pool was great also a lovely location would be lovely in the summer

we booked 4 houses as we are a family group, mixed ages. we were celebrating new years together. the houses were excellent. everything you could need. very warm the whole time we were there. everyone loved the access to the beach. spotlessly clean. towels provided. had someone on hand at all times if you needed anything for the houses. we had left our empty bottles outside the porch to put in cars and the staff took them away. the nicest accomadation i have ever stayed in.

the bar was not suitable for a new years eve. celebration. very small no extra seats.

The holiday homes were very nice and had plenty of bedroom space. There were two double bedrooms upstairs one en-suite and a bathroom and a lounge/ diner/ kitchen downstairs with another bedroom with en-suite. The holiday home was clean, warm & comfortable with everything for a family holiday and had parking directly outside.

The lounge/kitchen area althought quite large was rather dominated by a large dining table & chairs which blocked the fireplace and was a big bit for the size of the room. But as I only staying one night it wasn't too much of a problem. The hotel & holiday homes are quite isolated and are a fair way outside Youghal which is accessible via the board way promenade by day (approx 1 mile walk) but this is unlit at present and not accessible at night or during high tides.

the houses were well set out, good sized bedrooms, clean and in a great location. having the house was ideal for us with 3 kids we were able to come and go as we pleased and they had plenty of spce.

The holiday homes were more like being in a housing estate. The holiday homes were not quaint. I would recommend a few tree's or hedging. The location of the homes was good.

staff seemed a little unsure of what was going on, for example i was billed at the end of my stay, although i had paid 2 months before via the website

Beach was cclosed due to ecoli outbreak. But no refund or any xtras been offered in .lieu of same.

I loved the location the beach was right on your door step. The near by Quality Hotel was a god send during the wet days. There was so much for the children to do.The holiday home it self was of a very high standard spotlessly clean. Home from home with dishwasher and washer drier which ment no laundry going home. It was such a quite location at night no noise. We had a brilliant stay and look forward to returning next week.

The only fault I had with the house was that there was no safety chain on the front door. The door was so easy to open from the inside and my 2 yr old was constantly opening the door and wandering outside.

A little more delph in the kitchens - we had a full house so some mugs would havebeen handy instead of those small cups that all such accomodation seem to have

I liked the friendlyness of all the staff.Esp the manager Miro he was very nice and made us feel very welcome and like we wer friends for ages.The food was very tasty and fresh.The holiday home we stayed in was very clean and warm.Id def recommend it an we will def be goin back again with family and friends.

The only thing I didnt like was they looked for an €250 deposit for home and I was not told about this when I booked it.
