The staff at the reception was excellent, they helped me with any of the concerns that i had to the best of urgency and importance At the time of my stay, there was some building works in progress which put a small damper on the high quality that i recieved |

Good value, visiting friends and concert so suited fine. Free car parking noise from the street in front of hotel. Also there was a smell of cigarette smoke from the room |

All members of staff I spoke with were very helpful and answered any queries I had. Room was comfortable and had lots of storage space. My room, although 'non-smoking' still smelled a little of smoke. This was more so in the hallway outside of my room, but this was not excessive, simply noticeable. |

One of the rooms we got had been a smoking room, my friend was staying in it and she was pregnant so the smell in the room turned her stomach, when they asked to be changed they were firstly told there was nothing available, then told they would be moved, however the next room had a similar smell but they just bared it for the sake of it. |

The hotel was peaceful and comfortable. We got upgraded also upon arrival which is always good! The hotel is a half hour walk straight from city centre, it is a straight road so easy to find your way about. If you are on a budget, there is also an Aldi across the road which is handy! The Internet access was pretty pricey but if you buy a 3 day pass it is pretty reasonable. |

i found the staff to be very helpful and on my last day, the girl at reception allowed me to leave my bag behind the desk all day as my flight wasnt til much later which made walking around town much easier. The lift did not work, there were various stains on the walls around the hotel(although there were signs apologising for this, it still was unappealing to look at) and there was roadworks going on right outside the window so we did not sleep very well. |

Reception Staff efficient, professional and friendly. Availability of free, secure, hotel car parking is a real bonus. I was allocated a suite which was excellent - main problem for me was that I didn't have enough time to really appreciate it. |
