The hotel was nice and warm
A wake up call was an hour late
Excellent value for money, all facilities
We found the entertainment man to be extremely arrogrant on the Saturday night. He came over to our table on Saturday night and spoke extremely rude to us! We have been going to your hotel with 14 years and love it but as I said the entertainment man was so rude with his remarks to our table.
Stayed here for one night as we were going to a wedding at another hotel in town. Didn't spend much time in our room or try any of the hotel facilities as we were out very late and up early but our room was very big and spacious. Facilities were top notch from what we saw and staff were very polite.
Wish to stay longer
There was one thing that I did not like about the Hotel. Myself and my partner came down for breakfast at 10.20. Breakfast is suppose to be serving until 11 but when we came down, there was hardly any food. We paid 9 euro each and we did not get our money worth. We got instead, what looked like heated food that was left over from earlier. It did not taste good. I think if a Hotel is serving until 11 then it should be serving until 11 or else advertise breakfast serving until 10. That was my only complaint. I hope in the future that when I stay again that I get a hot cooked breakfast and not left overs that have been heated in the microwave.
Loved everything about this hotel , loved it so much I booked another stay in it , would highly recommend it
The only main thing I didn't like was the price, much much to expensive for the price I payed & that was without breakfast !!! To pay just under €200 for two nights after a long trek from Dublin was harsh
Everything about our stay
Most things , location the service for breakfast and staff were very help full and friendly ans accomadating
Service at the bar when we arrived was only average one person in perticular was not helpful at all and seem a bit disinterested in his job or even in being there but other than that everyone else was great
Liked the rooms, all very well appointed everything you could possibly want in a hotel room and looked like recent painting on corridors and possibly new carpet since my last visit all very nice large room and bathroom, Staff lovely everywhere and pleasant even though it was really busy they still had time to smile Thank you
Soap dispensers in shower and hand basin hard to get anything out of as think it was nearly all gone, Shower tricky to get working but when working was great Prices in bar expensive got 2 sandwiches( in plastic box) 1 soup and a coffee( in paper cups) €15......??
Great staff. Very friendly. Ideal location for our trip as the Marathon started and finished there.
Needs a bit of updating...3 star is a fair reflection
Noisy in the early hours. 3 to 5 am. Doors banging and people talking.
Staff were really lovely, the breakfast was very good and the bed was really comfortable. I never sleep well the first night in a hotel and in this one I did. The pool was really good, it had a few decent swimming lanes and bubble jet stream chill out areas, also the warm jacuzzi was pretty decent.
There were no proper/working hairdryers in the leisure centre changing room and the sauna & steamroom weren't hot enough for my taste.
Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. Room was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was lovely. Thank you for everything
Good location all amenities great buzz to the place as half term and and lots of excited kids, evening entertainment great
The lodges were basic and the heating a bit erratic but never-the less good value for money
the staff were so nice - food fab wish we could have stayed longer we will be back
Did not have breakfast until 9.30 and felt hot breakfast had been cooked much earlier!
Our 3 year old loved the pool and the jungle gym, also bar and restaurant was very kiddie friendly.
