La relació qualitat-preu I el tracte personal, que és immillorable. Les vistes de l'habitació mostren tot el centre de la ciutat. L'habitació és molt comfortable

sevice good ; rooms kept nice and clean; food good quality and staff very helpfull parking i had to get up every morning at 8 30 to move my car on my holidays clambers out side my window ;The lobby is very small and smells of cooking oil as you enter the hotel a few scented candels around the lobby would really cheer the place up

Locatation When we entered the hotel, you got the immediate feeling it wasn't clean. The bedroom window was very difficult to close. The ironing board was dirty.Very few towels supplied, they were mainly hand towels. When we checked out the next morning we asked about a luggage room, we were told to use Jack Lynch Suite, it was an unlocked conference room, we asked at reception, if this room was safe and was it going to be locked. We were assured everything would be locked, when we returned our bags had been moved, a different receptionist was on duty, she didn't know, we found them ourselves by opening several doors, they were in an unlocked room we no markings on them, anyone could have taken them and we weren't asked had we found them. While waiting for a taxi for the airport, we waited in the lobby, it hadn't been cleaned since the night before, there was juice bottles and papers on the seats and the tables were sticky. I needed to use the toilet in lobby before leaving, there was no toilet paper, I had to ask another visitor to pass me in toilet paper and this was in the afternoon.

Big room and comfortable bed, free broadband Awful place, no charme, in desperate need of renovation. Dirty lift, scratched or dirty walls, water pipes so loud you wouldn't hear the TV when you wash your hands. Dining room as inviting as an East German restaurant (before the wall came down), and food (house burger) not good. Not a friendly or welcoming atmosphere by staff either. Really depressing place. Stayed in better hotels in Cork for same money.

Excellent room with view of the city. Lovely pool and hot showers in changing room. Helpful staff on reception. Water in room not hot enough to wash hair either night. Radiator did not come on at all and could have done with a bit of heat just occasionally.

Proximity to the city is very good plus parking available on site. No wi fi in rooms, old style tv that didn't work properly, it was a very boring evening in the room with the kids and was raining out so stuck in hotel room , very few sockets in room( a couple were not working), no hairdryer but one was supplied after I requested. Shower was very poor.

Bar area very poor.tv is too high & colour quality very poor. Bedrooms very basic & in need of modernisation.Spa treatments not advertised very well & prices not shown.car park quite small & poorly signed from road.

The room was a great size, easy location for city sightseeing and night life. The early menu deal in resturant was fantastic and well worth the cost! Shower lacked pressure.

Central locality and very comfortable. The hotel bar was poor. Two televisions constantly on when there should be no televisions. There was a juke box - why? Surely this only attracts trouble, as there was when we stayed there. The police had to be called. Make the bar suitable for everyone.

Ideal location if u want to stay central of Cork Found the hotel a rip off for the type of hotel it is! Very disappointed with our room as we found it cold, no heat was on during our stay! I won't becoming back to stay as I rather spend €200 for 3 nights in far nicer hotels in Cork

The Maldron may be a 3* hotel but it has 6* staff, that go out of way to make your stay enjoyable.,The swimming pool area is ideal for younger children and the bar food is delicious, very good value for money. I would stay there again due to the fact that the staff are so nice and my two children aged 2 & 3 loved the swimming pool. The bathrooms and bedrooms have a bit of work to be done to them in terms of decoration, the rooms a little cold but yet again the staff brilliant and offered a oil heater for extra warmth.

That the hotel was central to where I wanted to be and offer somewhere to relax with a spa and treatments available. The staff were friendly and helpful and as a solo travler I got a nice big room with a big bed. The wi-fi was an added bonus and it will be even better when it exends to all rooms, although loging on to the system was easy enough. The food was excellent value and the menue covered many options. The bed was a bit hard. It would have been good if there was a mirror in the bathroom that could be extended out to put make up on as leaning over was difficult and uncomfortable.

I've only spent nights there and didn't use Leisure centre. Bar and staff was ok. I didn't like parking, which is too small for this size of hotel. Hotel staff shouldn't park in there for all shift and leave parking spaces for customers. I don't want to pay for hotel and park the car on the road and pay for parking too.

It was clean and stylish and was in a perfect location, with the bus station for airport buses a road away and a couple of minutes walk to main shopping and restaurant area.
