2Eme et dernière fois ds cet hotel! Ou je n'ai pas de chance ou l'hotel n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur du nombre d'étoiles.. Je réserve une chambre non smoker, jarrive dans une chambre qui empeste la cigarette! On me change gentiement de chambre. Au moment de me coucher, je constate que les draps ne sont pas propres!!! Plein de cheveux et poils, juste ragoutant. J'ai du dormir ds un des lits simples de la chambre au lieu du lit double. Les draps n'ont été changé que le lendemain. En insistant, j'ai reussi a tout de meme obtenir un geste commercial: mon diner a l'hotel n'a pas été compté. Personnel du restaurant particulièrement agréable. Pas le cas à la réception. |

La piscine, le sauna, proche du centre ville et un grand lit de 2 mètres de large. Le petit dejeunè est cher 10€ par personne, la douche de la chambre fuyait, la porte de la salle de bain ètait cassèe, beaucoup de bruit la nuit (aussi bien dans l'hotel que dans la rue). |

Proximité du centre ville. Facilité pour garer sa voiture dans les rues proches de l'hotel. Menage pas fait tous les jours. Service de nettoyage le Weekend au minimum. |

Reception staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The Parking was an obvious downfall, I was in a rush when I arrived at the hotel and found the parking situation a hindrance. Also the breakfast staff the next morning seemed very rushed and not as helpful as the reception staff who were 1st class. |

The room was fine but would not like it for more than one night as it only had a high level window. breakfast was quite good. having a gym pool within hotel was very convenient. reflexology treatment was very enjoyable. residents bar open and welcoming after a night on the town. very difficult to drive into hotel. no lit sign at gate or on corner of street. arrived in dark and heavy rain and had to navigate one way streets delaying arrival in hotel and causing some stress. parking was doubled up in car-park and had to give up trying to remove my car and return later on my day of departure to get my car. Location is ok but tricky to find. |

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and overall we had a pleasant night at the Maldron. We did not have a car with us, but the parking was very restricted. |

Use of the gym and pool was a bonus as was the location to the city centre. Great breakfast. Parking spaces at front of Hotel were very limited and tightly parked. |

Staff were friendly and helpful Not enought staff on duty, especially on reception. We ordered a taxi to get back to the airport and it arrived before we were able to get our stored luggage. Another time I queued to get some information regarding bus times to Blarney and was asked to wait whilst they checked someone else out which I wasn't very happy about. I picked the information up later. |

The swimming pool and spa facilities were great! An added bonus. Check in was fast and staff were really polite and helpful. Room was spacious, basic facilities but very clean. Reception area was large with comfortable seating. Notification about Limited parking should be made clearer. We were lucky enough to get the last space but other guests were disappointed. |
