Very good value for money

Use of the gym and pool was a bonus as was the location to the city centre. Great breakfast.

Parking spaces at front of Hotel were very limited and tightly parked.

The hotel was in a good location for the shops and bars. The food was very good, rooms spacious (room 411) and the staff very friendly.

The swimming pool and spa facilities were great! An added bonus. Check in was fast and staff were really polite and helpful. Room was spacious, basic facilities but very clean. Reception area was large with comfortable seating.

Notification about Limited parking should be made clearer. We were lucky enough to get the last space but other guests were disappointed.

The staff were fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and efficient. The staff genuinely went out of there way to help us

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was in a good location for exploring the city.

Due to bedroom doors being fitted with spring shut hinges when inconsiderate guests return to their rooms in the early hours, it was heard by other sleeping guests.

there was only one thin pillow each, a table in the room was broken, we were given 2 small towels for both of us(we did get more on request ), the bar is horrible, not comfortable at all and very noisy, not what you'd expect from a hotel bar.the restaurant is very basic.the pool was being used for swimming classes so we couldn't use it on saturday.however the room was very clean and a reasonable size, it's just not as plush as the photos on the website suggest.we also could have done without the stag party banging and shouting during the night and the sight of a fifty plus year old wandering around in a mankini...although the staff were quick to tell him to cover up.

Nothing. Location was terrible . Parking was terrrible. Room situation was terrible. But the receptionist was lovely !

The staff were all excellent friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, sizable and not too hot. The bathroom let it down because the tile were a bit grubby and bath side broken near floor and no shampoo and goody bag which people expect now. I forgot to bring shampoo. Tea and coffee facility good.

Swimming pool a bit tired looking tiles missing and old looking and I thought it would have been nicer from pic but the staff were so nice and friendly it didnt matter. Great singing as the man closed up the pool for the evening. To be honest the friendliness of the staff help us overlook the small bad points generally mentioned about the hotel. I would recommended it and stay again

I liked that the fact that the hotel is near the city. the rooms are very clean and I found I didnt need to leave the hotel for intertainment. Its a very comfortable and relaxing hotel.I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The one thing I found annoying was that serving staff though very friendly were slow to serve in bar and resturant.At dinner I requested my food very well done when it came I had to send it back as it was rare it took ages to return my friend was almost finished hers and when it did return it was still rare so I just left it. staff noticed this but choose to ignore it .

It took us 20 minutes to get booked in, with two receptionists jumping from one computer to another.
