Location, Very helpful manager
Cleanliness of the Spa
Good modern hotel, free wifi, free leisure center + pool. Close to center city, with shops / bars 2 mins away Hard to beat...
Nothing .. all good
Close to Convention Centre Nice staff Great rooms
Location was great with great access to public transportation. Breakfast was great too. Staff was very polite and determined to help. Hotel facilities were stupend. I loved the bed mattress- very comfortable after a tiring day. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Can't wait to go back!
There is nothing that I did not like.
Restaurant menu could have had more choice
Myself and my girlfriend stayed there for the Ed Sheeran concert. Very comfortable, affordable and close to our destination. Didn't eat there as we were out most of the time. Would stay again
- comfortable and clean - close to the center - beautiful surroundings
- when you get to the hotel no eye contact and no greeting
Staff very friendly and helpful Bed very comfortable Excellent location for 3 Arena (formerly the O2) being just a 10 min walk which is why I booked it.
Bathroom lighting - very dim - us ladies need more light! Wifi was down the first night but they finally fixed it - reboot reboot!!
buzz around the hotel balcony
I put a note in my booking That we were staying for my sisters 18th birthday and they gave us a balcony room on the 6th floor. Amazing!!
Location was excellent room cleanliness excellent Food and presentation at dinner excellent
Tables in bar were left with leftovers and crockery while people with fresh food and trays were looking for clean tables. Wet breakfast plates and hot juice glasses. There appeared to be no one able to resolve any problem that arose or anyone to delegate tasks to staff members.
Was on the 7th floor was nice an quiet an got good sleep. We couldn't use vending machines on our floor as we had to put money on the card so had to go to floor 3 anytime we wanted something.
Food was bit slow coming out and there wasn't muh of a selection of bar food. Room was quite hot. Showers in pool dressing rooms were quite dirty.
Large rooms and the balcony are good..
No wifi .. Pubic hair on bedside lampshade and wardrobes very dusty.
All staff were always friendly and nothing was hassle for them never got to try the food we went out and the meal was horrible then we came to the maldron and we seen all the lovely meals smelt and looked amazing kicking ourselfs we didn't stay in for the meal. Love the room very spacious bed very comfy liked the balcony loved the chocolates and slippers and robes
Drink was a bit dear at bar.. Was hoping for a fridge in the room the little small ones that do be in hotels few chocolate and strawberrys would of been nice on arrival since it was the kings executive room
Location, breakfast and comfortable spacious room!
Close to 3 arena
It's a bit of a journey definitely not for walking from train station but luas takes you there they recommend getting off at spencer dock but you should get off at George's dock it's closer! Long queues checking in the guy at the carvery in thebar seemed to never have heard of half portions for kids. You can hear people going to the toilet in other rooms. And they couldn't even put my correct name on the receipt the name was so obscure and as far from my own name it was funny.
Location to Dublin Conference Centre. Big pool.
Too expensive. Shabby lobby. No mini bar. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Busy breakfast with waiting time to get a table and extra pay for a cappuccino. Small and dark bathroom and hairdryer was in the main room, attached to the drawer. Hard bed. Could hear all rooms around flushing toilets and closing doors/cupboards. Would not stay again for that price.
I loved everything about my stay. Was travelling with my son who is wheelchair used and everything was excellent.
Very kind personnel. Our best regards to everyone and especially to Cristian. Excellent room service. Nice view from the balcony to Convention Centre and Facebook building. I had a good, relaxing time at hotel with my daughter after a long day hiking through Dublin.
The staff were courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean which is the most important thing for me.
The room service included a 3 euro delivery charge. Then when presented with the bill you have another gratuity charge, optional I know, but you shouldn't have to think about it if there is already a delivery charge. The sink was also half blocked, not draining properly. At check out I was never asked if my stay in the hotel went okay.
Location very good, waiter at dinner excellent
Slightly expensive for room only had to call hotel three times got different quotes and was told to book on website to get triple room. Very poor choices I only had a veg plate as the menu was very limited and was charged for a full 2 course meal I work in a four star property and had high expections. The lady on reception took a personal phone call while checking in. No major complaint everything was fine so no issues just little details.
Room was nice. Room service food was very tasty and good sized portion. Hotel is right beside theater and about 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Pretty quiet area at night which suited me. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Service requests were swift. Taxi ordered bang on time. Pool looked amazing and was lovely to use. I didn't use the gym but I could see it was well equipped. Jacuzzi nice though as expected contained chlorine, you could float in it with your head on the ledge (I had it to myself for a while!) hair dryers and GHDs provided, as well as towels and locks for lockers.
I made my booking 6 days in advance at bookings.com and the hotel didn't have it, a bit frustrating. It took 2 different staff members to sort it out. The staff members on the registration were a bit stiff but warmed up after a little bit and I got a room with a balcony. The girl on way out was very bubbly and friendly. I was disturbed twice by staff, once for a minor maintenance issue reported by the staff and not me so it could have waited as far as I was concerned and once to check the room was cleaned. Its a minor complaint and I'll admit I hadn't put out the do not disturb sign A cold breeze was constantly moving across the pool area once you stood up in the pool. While the locker room was old fashioned it was very clean, but the shower walls were not. There was a smell in the sauna if you laid down on benches. There is no information book - there was a single A4 sized booklet in the room, and an A5 printed page was handed to me on registration but lacked information about how to contact the spa, treatment options, free gym class times, etc
Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Hotel is in great location, not far from everything which is great
We had a bit of a traumatic experience with the table exploding in our room with the children there, we all got a real scare..
