On arrival the hotel was lovely the room was very clean. But on our return from the concert there was smell of cigerettes smoke in our room. Now we booked a non smoking room as neither of us smoked so i presume that the floor would have been no smokin. There was also a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm in the room, which i think could be a health and safety issue. The hotel is not central and is a good 30/35 mins from Croke park so i would not be recommending this hotel as accomodation for an event in croker. |

Bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff could do with some customer service skills. The breakfast for a 4 star hotel was disgraceful - no variety for the cooked food, poor quality ingrediants. Felt the cost of our stay was very overpriced for a hotel that was so far from the centre of Dublin - very misleading description - hotel looks nothing like the picture that advertises it. |

I thought the hotel catered for everyone, it had a variety of food in the bar area, restuarant and with room service. Any request you have is dealt with quickly and efficently. the staff were excellent and eventhough it was very busy (alot were there for the Take That concert) both checking in and out they all remained very composed and professional. Overall I'd nothing bad to say about the hotel |

The room was very clean, staff did all they could to help and were very pleasant. The hotel is imaculate and has a very contemporary feel. Very nice room, indeed whole hotel lovely throughout. They tried to cancel the booking earlier in the week, after they discovered they had double booked. They wanted us to move to another hotel in the centre, however we were not prepared to move as we had booked some time ago. Then upon arrival I asked to check if the room we had been given was an executive room I had booked. They said no it was a standard twin. |

Very nice, clean hotel. Good location. There was very few bar staff on during the day and there was a considerable wait when we went in to the bar to get carvery and then when we got the food it was cold. |

Hotel was clean, comforatable, staff were very friendly and helpful I didn't like the fact that there was no window to open.Room was very warm. Also the fact that one could go so easily along the balcony did'nt feel safe. |

From the welcome at check-in to answering queries and checkout, everything about this hotel was really good. Next time I stay I'll be packing swim gear. Menu choice in hot breakfasts a bit limited, but a waitress will take special orders for you |

The hotel facilities and location were very nice. The one bad spot of our stay was one of the trainee front desk personnel who was very rude and unfriendly. I believe her name was Esther. All of the other front desk staff were very courteous and friendly but the trainee was abrupt and unhelpful. |

Pleasant hotel with good bar area and leisure facilities. Large rooms. Good deal through booking.com The location was too far from the city centre - 20mins walk; taxi's to the centre were around €10, so we took the bus into town for approx €2 each. The rooms were 3* standard rather than 4* standard as they were very basic and quite dated, and there were no complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. |

The staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel clean. No problems at check in or check out which is always nice! My boyfriend found the bed particularly uncomfortable - i, however, slept like a bay! The hotel is in a developing area of Dublin and therefore the only view is that of surrounding building sites. Give the amount of time we actually spent in the hotel, this did not have an effect on our stay. |

How close it was to the city centre. Despite numerous phone calls/ emails requesting information about times/ spas treatments/ bar opening times etc. conflicting advice was received which led us to having a very disappointing arrival. The lack of service received when these problems were reported was also very disappointing. |
