The staff were excellent, room rate was not too expensive for Dublin and the food in the restaurant was super and also not expensive - I would definetly stay in this hotel again. I had booked for 1 adult and 2 children but needed to change this to 2 adults and 2 children when I arrived, and it was done with no problems and no extra charge. The staff put another bed in the room, and there was plenty of room for this. I hate paying for parking, but the rate we get was €12 for 24 hours.

Hotel is in a great location both for sightseeing and shopping; just beside the river quays and the new theatre. Very spacious and clean room. All facilities available and in a good condition. Helpful staff providing good service and information when needed. Excellent Irish breakfast. This hotel is value for money, however the price is too high as for the heavy crisis period. The overall note is very good. Bathroom was a bit too small. Both my husband and I would strongly prefer shower than a bathtub - that would bring more space, comfort and much more cleanness outlook as well as a cleanness feeling.

The facilities were excellent and allowing all members of the party to relax as and when they wanted to. Would of preferred the pool and spa facilities to open slightly earlier to allow enough time to visit the gym/pool prior to breakfast, but this is the only negative thing i can mention.

Modern and comfortable, not quite in city centre, but walkable or Buses, DART and Luas (tram) not far away, plenty of taxis outside if you wanted one. Nice Leisure pool. Quite a few shops and restaurants nearby at Grand canal basin. Very handy for Bord Gais Theatre. Also not too far to walk to Aviva stadium. Reasonably priced bar meals. Loud music in bar. Breakfast not included in price: good choice, but hot options not always warm enough and bacon very overcooked and leathery.

We were going to a concert at the o2 and it was so near. There was a staff member who helped me organise a taxi to a location I was not sure about, he priced it for me and even walked me to the car. It was disappointing that the steam room was out of order. This was something that I was really looking forward to.

Good location to the 02 breakfast well worth it When I checked in the receptionist took a swipe of my card for room service and also for the use of the hotels vending machines which you just swipe your room key to pay for...when I returned to the hotel after my concert I went straight to the vending machine on my floor to get water after swiping my card 4 or 5 times and nothing happening I realised that something was wrong I had to go to reception to ask, to which I was told no money was taken off my card ealier when it was swiped why this is I dont know most good hotels would have apologised not this one...on another note after all this I returned to my room to get room service there is maby 15 to 20 items on the menu when I rang to order a couple of pizzas I was told there is only green curry or red curry left this was lazyness on the kitchens behalf as it was only 12.30am there should be no excuse for this...

Great location for O2. We went to see Olly Murs. Quiet at night. Ferryman on corner serves great lunchtime food reasonably priced for quayside location. 15 to 20 mins walk to O"Connell st, Temple Bar so all within reach. Hotel served small daily selection of hot meals 10-15 euros. Didn't use restaurant top of budget but looked nice. Leisure facilities good. Need swim cap but worth asking if any for loan. 2.50€ to buy. Good clean city hotel. Taxi rank outside €5 - €10 city fare should you need it. Had to chase up on request to fix radio on TV 3 times, quick to follow up but only on third visit were told needed to reconfigure hotel network so not fixed during stay. Wifi in lobby and bar only was a bit hit and miss. Small issues but might bother some

The hotel is ideally located near the 02 arena and within walking distance to the city centre. It offers good value for money. The hotel has friendly staff and it's cleanliness is impeccible. I have stayed at this hotel several times while attending concerts at the 02 and I will always stay at this hotel when attending future concerts

It was very close to the Grand Canal Theatre where we went to see Dirty Dancing. The price was excellent and the facilities were also excellent. It was busy but quiet. However, we ate from the lunch menu in the bar and the food wasn't great. They got the orders mixed up but they were very apologetic and gave us free drinks and vouchers for dessert.
