The hotel was good value for a capital city location and had a nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and well equiped gym. The rooms were large, clean and included all the mod -cons |

Very spacious rooms. Ideal hotel for the Dublin marathon as the start is only a ten minute walk. Service at the bar was fairly slow and if you timed breakfast wrong the queue could be very long. |

Great location to Dublin centre.Very clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was great for families. Often trays of food left outside the rooms were not collected quickly and we noticed that they were left for hours before being taken away. Also we had given the hotel prior notice that we required a put a bed for a small child, this was not ready for us when we arrived and we had to ask several times for this to be put up in the room for us, eventually it arrived at 10pm! |

We received a very friendly welcome to the hotel and always found the staff extra helpful. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and general cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect as only a 10 minute walk to the bus station or centre but very quiet area, no busy roads or hooting horns. There is a lot of building work going on but we couldn't hear it from our room at the back. Vege breakfast offered was only basically eggs, tomatoes, toast. It doesn't hurt to keep a packet of vege sausages in the freezer..... and hash browns please! We had to go out for breakfast. No shower caps in the rooms and the toiletries were a bit disappointing for a 4 star (Dove). |

The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The public areas were bright, clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was of a good standard. There could have been more staff available at breakfast to clear and re-set tables and also to take orders for tea or coffee. |

The hotel felt very comfortable You need to decide how much to charge for breakfast. Getting a voucher from reception to save money was plain daft! Just charge a set amount or better still include in the room rate. You do get a very good breakfast though. |

Good location for Shopping and O2. No car parking. A lot of building and road works going on near the hotel. |

I liked it because it was near the 02 for concerts . I didnt think the staff were very friendly especially in the restaurant some of the dishes were dirty and the staff were not attentive to the customers I would still recommend the hotel only because it has easy access to the 02. |

The staff were very helpful. The building site across the road - in hindsight, we should have asked to be moved to a different room - the noise started at 7am each morning. Also, as there was no air conditioning in the room we had to open the patio door and sleep with it adjar - not very good from a security point of view - and, again the noise from the building site over the road. |

i enjoyed the leisure facilities at the hotel & the modern design of the hotel bar. the long wait to check in & out ! also there were no shower caps supplied in the room for my partner who did not want to get her hair wet. it's a pity the hotel is so far located from the main buzz of the city & it's eateries |
