Rooms were clean and serviced promptly. Restaurant was adequate.Location convenient to transportation by bus. Good accessiblility for disabiled or older patrons. Rooms were listed as "air conditioned" but were really not. Heavy duvet on the bed was way too warm for the weather - and no other cover available without asking. No washcloths??? Breakfast was not included and there was no break for a B & B option as there is in many Ireland hotels. Could have a better set up for business travelers. No wireless internet access in rooms - only in lobby. |

Close to my work/walking distance. room very clean. beds very comfortable. quiet. breakfast was like a food frenzy. Charge for computer use and printing was disgusting. No refills ever offered for coffee or soft drinks. Need access to ice. Showers too small and no facecloths. Need new hairdryers. Breakfast charges outrageous. |

Level of comfort was at the higher end of a 3-star rated hotel. Thus, prices reflect this. All in all, we had a satisfactory stay and have no major complaints. No fridge available in the family room, and water stains in the carpet indicating improper use of shower curtain from previous guests. Breakfast not included in price of room which was already rather steep. Otherwise, service was acceptable. |

Convenience to city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was great. Plenty of secure car parking. Rooms very quiet. Room was a little too warm at night. The pool was quite a distance from 4th floor of block A. |

We had a big room and a very nice bathroom. Our children liked the pool and the choice of video movies at the TV. There's a Billard and a Kicker in the babysitting room which is open only during the weekend. It would be nice to have access to Billard and/or Kicker in an open room, all the time. The hotel was also quiet far away from the City center. |

The staff were very friendly on arrival. we were not charged for early check in. the residance bar was open until 4am and we were allowed to drink in the lobby into the early hours of the morning. Only a 10minute walk from the city. i will definately stay here again. when we flushed the toilet it vibrated through the whole building |

I liked the fact that I was able to have a smoking room that did not reek of cigarettes, I was with a non smoker who would have flatly refused to stay in it had there been a smell. |

First room assigned was noisy, receptionist immediately changed us to a different (and better) room. Excellent! Breakfast service was not smooth, e.g. lack of tea pots,no coffee, toaster slow. Simple things that could easily be corrected. |

interraction of service staff and customers and the attention to children was lovely to see and most unusual when staff are so busy nowadays queue for breakfast due to tours, room service breakfast starts too late for early departures |

It is a large well appointed hotel in a good location. We had to queue for 10-15 minutes for breakfast. We found too many uncontrolled children there,a group of whom wakened us at 2 am.screaming around our corridor.Very disappointing for us. |
