It is a very friendly hotel and the staff are always very helpful. The buffet breakfast is the best ive ever seen. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and the hallways and bedrooms are always too hot. |

when I say the comfort , the walls seem very thin & a hall door creaking every time it was opened kept me awake, In hindsight I should have asked for a quiet room, |

Convenience of the Hotel to the town centre with lots of parking was one of the main advantages of this Hotel. Apart from that it was also an excellent hotel, food wise, accommodation wise and we would be happy to return to this Hotel on any future trips to Galway. |

The location is good and the hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and the rates are reasonable. In order to access the Leisure Centre, one had to walk through main reception - there was no direct access from the bedrooms which meant that I had to walk through the public area in my gym gear after a workout. |

It was only for one night but I enjoyed the pool area and the fact that there was a separate bar food area all day. While I was early enough for breakfast I would not have been happy had I to queue as other people did. |

For me, the pool and kids club were the best things about this hotel. Perfect hotel for a family break. |

Due to the volume of people getting breakfast i would say the staff coped well, the only thing i have found from various other hotels is it is better to have toast, tea and coffee left to the table rather than having a cue for 10 mins waiting on toast. |

The kids club was great especially the staff. I also enjoyed the leisure centre well worth staying for these two alone. After queqing for 15 minutes to get breakfast on busy morning, waitress told me I couldn't sit at a table because was too late, luckily was rescued by very nice non-national waitress who showed us to a table. Didn't say much for the hospitality of the Irish |
