Equipements (Piscine, Gym, Sauna, ...). Parking gratuit appréciable. Prix du restaurant le soir et apparemment c'est une généralité en Irlande mais surtout à Galway. Il semble difficile de diner à moins de 20 euros... |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel, la présence d'un bar et la possibilité de s'y restaurer, la possibilité de se rendre en bus dans le centre de Galway. Nous n'avons pas aimé le manque de confort du lit d'appoint. |

grand parking avec bus devant l'hotel pour le centre ville,piscine et tout le toutim,ideal apres le dejeuner top complet.. comme a dublin,des gros ventilateurs qui tournent dès potron minet et des caisses qu'on decharge bruyemment tout les matins...on est quand meme en vacance... |

Le confort et le silence sont apréciables, petit déjeûner très bien. Vos couloirs sont très longs...avec des baggages lourds ce n'est pas pratique. |

Hôtel très confortable, coin SPA piscine très sympa avec ce qu'il faut pour les enfants (flotteur, planche). Restaurant conviviale et petit déjeuner très varié. Pour ceux qui ont du mal avec l'anglais ce n'est pas évident de comprendre et de lire les menus mais ce n'est qu'un détail !!! |

It is not too far from the City and taxi's arrived very promptly. A fine big hotel and we had a lovely room and very quiet at night. |

The staff were really polite and very helpful. And the Residents bar at night opened late! I didn't like the food at dinner. And the location does not suit girls who go out dancing! |

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Even though there were lots of small children also staying at the hotel we didn't hear them in our room. Good selection for breakfast. Bar had lots of different seating areas. It was impossible to read in our room, so I had to remove a lampshape in order to see the print. When I mentioned this at reception she joked about coming to the hotel to relax, not read. I relax by reading and to have time to read is my idea of relaxing. We picked the Carlton Hotel because they have a swimming pool. We used the pool twice and it was chilly, both the water and air temperature. My 68 year old mother couldn't stay more than 15 mins in the water or she started to shiver. Once I stopped doing laps I found it cold and had to get out. We don't like overheated hotels, we usually turn off the heat and open the window as soon as we arrive. |

Freindly staff, room was nice went for meal in evening but staff seemed under pressure, asked for chilled white wine but it aws warm the waitress but in bucket of ice. wasn't haw I like it. |

It is a very friendly hotel and the staff are always very helpful. The buffet breakfast is the best ive ever seen. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and the hallways and bedrooms are always too hot. |

Convenience of the Hotel to the town centre with lots of parking was one of the main advantages of this Hotel. Apart from that it was also an excellent hotel, food wise, accommodation wise and we would be happy to return to this Hotel on any future trips to Galway. |
