Carlton Hotel Galway  

Everything, we have stayed here a few times and it's always been great. Im sure in the future we will be staying here again. We love it....

Excellent customer service - it was a decent size bedroom. Staff so friendly that they could not be better. This also includes the staff at the check in for the breakfast restaurant. The swimming pool was perfect. I had forgotten my swimming cap and they kindly gave me one for free. Both myself and my husband will definitely will be back sometime. That is because of the wonderful atmosphere here in your hotel and of course we also enjoyed your music. The only negative point that I can remember was that we arrived at 9.35 and your restaurant was actually closed - this was last friday night. Despite that we got a pizza which was enough to keep us going till morning - we had travelled from Dublin and were quite hungary.

I liked their breakfast - but I noticed that the scramble was over done and it is never nice when it is done in advance. I don't like fries that have been cooked much earlier and left on a heater system as you have. Secondly, I am very fond of croissants and brown whole meal bread and I don't think you had any of them.

Location was excellent,great value for money and staff where fantastic

Only that I planned to do some work whilst in the hotel and it didn't have wifi available in the room, the connection in the public area was really slow so it took from the whole experience.

A great location. Super friendly staff. Really comfortable rooms. A fantastic leisure centre. What more can you ask?

No problems on my stay

Have stayed at this hotel on three occasions and have not been disappointed in any respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Excellent value for money in this price range.

Breakfast and Restaurant and car parking first class. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar prices very reasonable

We were on a 3 night stay. At first we were given a room, a ten minute complicated walk from reception, that overlooked a scrap yard. There was no water coming from the taps or shower. We were moved to another room where everything worked. However, at about midnight when we attempted to sleep, we could hear a continual vibrating whining noise. It turned out to be from the nearby lift. Again we changed rooms. This time everything appeared to be in order until it became rather chilly. It seemed the radiators were not working. We complained again. This time the helpful, sympathetic hotel manager found a solution by providing us with a heater.

I cannot think of one bad word to say, everything was fantastic, will definatly make a return trip

Very friendly staff. Great children's club available. Would definately recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the hotel facilities were great although sadly I didn't have enought time to use their leisure centre. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms very modern. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only thing I would say is that the hotel restaurant was a tad expensive for me but other than that, it was brilliant.

It was a convenient walk to the city and it was comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights but it suited us perfectly. Our room was for 3 of us and we had a bed each and room to move around. Ideal for us friends catching up.

The staff were incredibly friendly ! Rooms were spotless, views were amazing, all in all the hotel was absolutely flawless couldn't say a bad word about the place , we're definitely going to go back there soon .

It was easy to access and the staff were extremely helpful.

The room was poor however we payed a very low price so we were given the value of room of which we payed, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
