View from room was supurb - overlooking the River Suir. The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing.

Extremely helpful staff. They even called us to check on us as we arrive late in Waterford. Ann was so helpful and kind enough to print our Ryanair boarding tickets. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well run 3 star hotel. Quiet location. Excellent beds Great to have a secure garage next door "complimentary" to your stay. Angle views on the river Suir..Five minute walk to Waterford Crystal and museum complexes. Breakfast adequate but fairly generic.Routinely used by tours, but they clear out fairly early.

Staff were very helpful and friendly - a credit to your Company. I know that they were "only doing their job", but a smile or two does help ! When leaving very early to catch a ferry a very early breakfast would be nice, but I do realise that opening the kitchen for just two guests is not realistic, but you did ask "what didn't you like ?" !!!

It was very convenient and good value for money. We stayed 2 nights and on both nights we were woken up by drunk people banging on doors. We were very disappointed and glad we hadn't brought out 2 year old son wit us.

One of the best hotels ever!!! Meal in the restaurant was excellent,never had salmon baked in filo pastry before. will be going back for sure,all the staff were excellent,friendly,and so efficient.Parking so safe, just cant say enough positive remarks about this brilliant hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Friendliness of staff.Brilliant room.Bar at night with entertainment was ideal as you did not have to leave the hotel. Car parking facilities was ideal and knowing your car was safe ,so no need to worry over personal belonings that you may have to leave in car . No faults.

we liked the way that we were greeted when we arrived and how friendly the staff were. the music was very good on both evenings we stayed and we didnt have to go out at all. we stayed there a few times and that is the reason we go back. The food was beautiful and i cannot fault it in any way.
