I thought the area the hotel was suitated in was lovely. yes one of the lifts wouldnt go from floor 1 to ground floor so had to carry bags down the stairs. |

We liked the location - our room was 210 so we had good views lacked warmth and comfort just a little austere for our liking. |

Our stay here represented very good value for money. The hotel isn't luxurious but it is central and clean and the staff were very helpful. The small sum we paid for the room money was well worth it. The mattress was so uncomfortable, we woke up feeling like we had slept on park benches! |

Proximity to the city centre. The hotel was very noisy. There was a bar downstairs which was open very late the night we were there. That would not have been bad in itself however there were customers smoking outside the main front door and they were singing etc and disrupted our sleep several times. |

the staff were super friendly and the rooms were very clean. nice quiet area, but still easy to find. the internet was extremely slow and at times did not work at all. |
