A lovely relaxed atmosphere and great music in the bar a bit slow cleaning the tables after we'd eaten - there were no floorstaff, just the barmen and they didn't seem too eager to clean up but we were eating late Saturday evening |

Staff dealt with our room change in a quick and efficient manner - and the new room was certainly more comfortable as it was over the garden rather than the noisey roundabout at the front. The radiator in our room had a broken thermostat which meant we could not turn it off. Because the hotel was going to be full of young people and stag and hen parties it was suggested that we move room. |

Being kept awake by the live music that only started at 10 pm. We had an early ferry to catch on Saturday morning and had travelled from Leitrim that day so needed a good night's sleep, which we didin't get! |

The room was very spacious, clean and welcoming The bar/food area was noisy, slow service, cold atmosphere, the table we chose was sticky from a previous visitor, it was not a comfortable experience, it was Saturday night and very busy and it appeared as if there was no one in charge, only several staff doing their best with the situation, we felt the rate was too high for the service we received. |

Very friendly girl at the check in desk, very helpfull and courteous on arrival and checking out. Ease of use booking through the web. Suitable location. We just had time to sleep in the hotel and did not get to use any of the ammenities or what the hotel had to offer. The room came equipped with everything we would expect and it was very clean and quiet. I thought the bed was a bit too hard to be honest, compared to other hotels I stay in. The TV was small-ish, although I understand that the size of the TV may be a personal preference, but most hotels I stay in have large LCD/Plasma TV screens and this is something that you get used to. |

Enough to keep children entertained for a weekend away.The pool was great as was the crazy golf.Food and service was good for price paid.Staff were very friendly. Found double bed in family room very small.Had treatments done, massage was good, but manicure and pedicure were'nt great.Bar area was'nt very clean for eating on evening of arrival. |

The hotel was very family orientated which is great. I would defo stay there again and recommend it to other families. Only thing I would say is they need more activities for older teenagers. I found one of the girls on the reception to be rude and not very pleasent. I also feel that breakfast should be included in the price. Lunch and Dinner menu needs more variety. |

The hotel was warm and comfortable very safe for children the family room was a great size and cleaned every day.it was nice that the kids were allowed in the bar late.the food in the bar was very good and not to expensive. Just a warning for those who want a nice quiet romantic weekend this hotel would not be a good choice.or even if you just don't like kids. |

Close to Wexford and lovely beach. Convenient location for catching early morning ferry at Rosslare. Poor choice of affordable, healthy bar food with no kids menu. Very loud traffic noise during the night due to poor fitting windows. Noisy kids running around late at night and banging on our door. |
