overall design good lounge area for business good bar great reception staff
business centre could be better
The bar food was great and the friendly bar staff
location/airport room facilities free wi fi
I didn't require much as I wanted to catch an early flight from Dublin Airport. Excellent service and facilities from one of the more expensive (and convenient) airport hotels.
Hotel looks a little tired. Needs refreshing
Got a great price through booking. Got upgraded to a business class room by a lovely girl called Ciara.
Every time I stay. Staff are great and no pressure just relaxed but with quality at the same time.
Mattresses might need changed.
Location was good, food was satisfactory, staff were helpful
Food was over priced for its quality, you had to pay for charger for your phone, not enough staff on at busy times, no entertainment, drink was expensive
food was excellent when it came!! Booked the hotel for mum and dad going to america next morning - staff very helpful at desk - could leave large bags in reception and got token for same so driver could collect in morning leaving mum and dad with only small bags to carry to bus at 6am.
waited an hour for starter and an hour and a half for main course - i didnt order a starter so i was starving by the time my main course came - got a free drink because of inconvenience!
Good access by public transport to Dublin or Belfast
Very expensive, no breakfast included, have to keep logging in for wifi on Apple Devices, only one person on checkout
Check I'm can be slow.
15 € for the breakfast is out of range for 2 slices of bread and a cup of coffee.
Proximity to airport.
Poor restaurant facilities. We were in the South of Ireland in Waterford for a week and every meal we had be it in a restaurant, hotel or pub was excellent so very disappointing that our last experience of Ireland was a burger not worthy of a fast food chain...I really like SAS Radisson chain and usually food & restaurant facilities are excellent so made this just even more disappointing.
The room is spacious and functional. The bed is excellent.
Warming-up elements (it's not a heating) is switched on only sometimes, usually it is off. I could never bring my wife!
Helpful staff, and shuttle service to the airport is good.
I stayed at the Radisson Blu the night before an early morning flight. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent -- easy to get into the city centre (I took the 747 bus from the airport), and very convenient for morning flights. For my flight I took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, although if it hadn't been raining, I would have walked (about 5 min.)... which would have been quicker than waiting for the shuttle to leave. When I arrived back home, I realised I'd left a poster tube at the reception desk of the hotel. I emailed the hotel to ask if they had found it. They replied very promptly saying that they'd found it, and offering to post it back to me via courier. Since that was going to be quite expensive, I asked if they could mail it to me via regular post. They did so immediately, and did not charge me for the postage. Much appreciated!
Staff excellent, minibus prompt with delightful staff & hotel fantastic
Nothing - hotel a great place to stay prior to onward journey
I was only there for one night, but it was amazing! Friendly staff, great food, incredible hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to be back one day. Thank you all so much :)
I don't have anything bad to say.
Staff were very helpful and accindatubg from booking right through to check in. First hotel my dad has experienced where there was a fire plan to evacuate guests with disabilities.
Trays from Room Service not collected from outside door for duration of my stay.
We choose this hotel and stayed there for the duration of our break using the 3 day travel ticket to go in and out of the city. Buses were every 15 mins. The hotel rooms were spacious with free wifi. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I would stay again if visiting Dublin and highly recommend.
The fire alarm went off three time in a two night stay. The breakfast was poor.
The price and the location
The bed was a bit lumpy and old also the room was cold and it took a long time for the room to heat up.
Convenient location with free minibus to airport. Tea and coffee and muesli bars to grab for early starts. Comfortable bed. Amazing shower..
Despite booking for two people, there was only one bath towel, glass and face flannel. The food in the restaurant was fairly awful and there wasn't much choice for vegetarians.
