We stayed in the Radisson Hotel Letterkenny on 28th January for my brothers 40th birthday. We had a lovely stay in your hotel and had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. I found the hotel easy to get to and very central to town. I will reccommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thankyou for a lovely stay and hope to stay in this hotel in the future Mairead Thompson

My first time in Letterkenny and my first time staying radisson blu hotel and I have to say I really enjoyed every minute of it. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were spotless warm and very comfortable. Breakfast had great selection, over all I would highly recomend this hotel (and I have stayed in a good many different ones) It is well worth the price. Great for a relaxing getaway and hotel is also in a great area for shopping.

Friendly staff in the lesiure centre and main bar Certain things not working in the room - battery removed from safe - airconditioning knob missing and not working - kettle not working - we were busy with an adventure race so didn't have the time to report this. Also receptionist telling us leisure club was closed on friday at 8pm when we were in the leisure club the next day , it was advertised as open till 10pm on the friday

The meal we had on the Friday night when we arrived at the hotel was very poor standard and quality. The steak was so grissly, and so tough it was a cheap cut of meat. Also very expensive not a great vareity on menu to choose from. Also ordered toasted ham, cheese, tomato and onion sandwich on white bread. It came out on brown only ham and cheese on it with a garnish that was horrendous. The leaves on the salad were discoloured.Did not complain as waited that long.

Nice Hotel, freindly staff, good location Room service food was very bland and very expensive. Small thing but was charged €3 for a swimming cap when using the pool, never been charged for this at any other hotel and taught it a bit petty.

Firstly, the receptionist was quite ignorant and not helpful at all. Secondly, even though the two rooms were booked together and 4 weeks before the stay we still got rooms on different floors which was highly annoying. The breakfast staff were not helpful either and quite rude (wouldn't let 5 people sit at a 4 person table even though there were plentiful empty tables). The location is further from the town centre than specified. Just because we were a young girl group we were not treated the same and targeted for noise disturbances.

Friendly, helpful staff.Good food and service in all aspects.Clean and comfortable rooms.Always a bonus for me to have leisure facilities and a clean pool (will have to wear a swim cap for pool, bring your own,or buy from centre for 3 euro, some dont like the idea of a swim cap,it helps to ensure you have a nice clean pool to swim in!).Adequate free parking. All in all a good stay at a quality hotel.

Friendly staff, and good food in the bar. Two double beds pushed together into one enormous bed, but then covered in two little duvets that looked like something you'd find in a childs cot (except larger). Weird.

The room was very spacious. Hotel was clean, huge variety at breakfast- food delicious. The first night we were there (Friday night) we had dinner and drinks in the bar. We were really enjoying the evening, however the atmosphere was ruined when a group of travellers got very rowdy and a little violent with eachother. The bar staff were very slow to put an end to this.

“I stayed in the Station House previously & I found it to be an excellent hotel. I have stayed in 4 star hotels and not received the service, cleanliness, or hospitality that I found in the Station House. This stay was no different. It is also very handy for the retail shopping areas. ” Tommy, Riverstown, Co Sligo |
