I enjoyed all the facilities as i like to work out and all the staff were freindly and seemed relaxed and did what they could to help |

The room was lovely and hotel staff were helpful when things went wrong. The lights did not work in the room, we reported this to reception at 4pm and when we returned that night they still had not been fixed. They moved us to another room but we could not get our clothes until the next day as the room was so dark. We then spent the morning walking up and down the corridor in our pj's moving our clothes to the new room. |

I liked that the hotel was clean and quiet, the reception staff were very helpful and it was close to amenities. However, the breakfast is very pricy if not booked in advance and the rooms are in danger of becoming grubby in time if spillages and burns are not addressed as they occur. Chair in room had cigarette burn and the carpet had some stains, it s a shame because it is a very nice hotel. Despite this I would stay here again, the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. |

I was very disappointed with the hotel, the TV did not work, we had booked a double room with a cot, and there was no cot in the room. We were given twin beds. We ordered room service and the food was inedible. No one on the leisure centre in morning to give us towels etc. |

I liked the hotel itself, nice reception, bar & restaurant. I was not happy with the food side of things. Cooked breakfast the first morning was very slack. I attended a wedding there and again was not very impressed with the food, service at our table was very slow. |

Hotel was excellent the only problem was that the room was a little small for 3 people I have stayed in other hotel with a smaller rating than yours and the rooms were a lot larger but having said that we only stayed 1 night and it did not interfere with out enjoyment of the break, but if the stay had been longer it would have been a little overcrowded. nothing apart for the above |

Location & parking were good. Leisure centre facilities were also good. Beds, quilts and pillows were awful. Two single quilts (of a very poor quality) on a king size bed!!! Breakfast was disappointing as there was very little choice of hot food available @ 10.30am and breakfasts were being served until 11.00am |

It was central, but also off the main road, so quiet. It was clean and comfortable. A resident staying in the next room lost is key in the middle of the night and couldn't get in after his night out. He got the help of a staff member, but it took ages to sort out. Meanwhile he was standing outside my room talking. He didn't mean any harm, but I had to get out of bed and ask the staff member to please get the resident to keep it down. So a bad night's sleep resulted. |

very friendly staff, good facilities, food was good. Pillows and matresses a bit hard. Not clear how to regulate room temperature. Some items of furniture were in need of repair. |

Swimming pool and staff very good Cold rooms and we were moved. No heating in rooms. Cold coffee in Bar, no scones after having coffee foe 20 minutes. Breakfast was dreadfull. Freezing cold. Will not be back, and any colleague who asked about our weekend was told by use to keep away from this hotel and go to the .................., where we were given an Irish welcome. |

The bar food was excellent and the leisure facilities were of a very good standard. There was a large stain on the bedroom floor and there were two single duvets on the double bed. |

The breakfast was great, the service of the staff at the function was very fast and efficient and the hotel is spotless. Two single beds pushed together with two single duvets, although very comfy, i would of preferred a double bed. |
