Not enough towels. Only had 1 hand towel and 1 large towel.
location, good sized rooms, very clean
only down side was hard uncomfortable beds.
Everything, staff where fantastic.
Quality Business Class Room, ability to plug into TV with HDMI
Wifi is shockingly bad, dropped to dial up speeds 33kbps. This is common in some of the Raddisson Hotels in Ireland.
Staff excellent, young trainee girl in reception was as good as many with a lot more experience, extremely helpful and delivered clear instructions on facilities in hotel. Room spacious & clean, leisure facilities only used pool, steam room & sauna all excellent and spotless.
breakfast in restaurant was cold
Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice
Housekeeping staff were pleasant but seemed untrained in bedmaking
Very good accommodation. Excellent staff! Good breakfast. What more does one need? Thanks for a lovely stay.
Temperature of food in breakfast buffet.
The hotel was situated in easy walking distance to the centre of town and the bars and clubs. Room was basic but neat with adequate facilities, and complimentary toiletries which came in handy
The seat in the room was stained, there were marks on the walls including a handprint, and cobwebs. The footboard into the bathroom was loose and there was glass underneath it! The information book was also missing parts.
Food in the restaurant was superb. Breakfast - great choices, and plenty of food available.
wifi poor, but didn't detract from a great weekend and perhaps due to our room location. Buffet breakfast could have been warmer.
Breakfast excellent.friendly staff.good quality meals in bar +restaurant?fair pricing?helpful local information?secure parking?soundproof rooms?leisure facilities.
Stained sheets but changed by housekeeping.also we were woken by someone knocking our door @2 30 am.
Excellent room,staff,location,breakfast,location and Guinness.
It was in a great location, very central. We did not need the car at all. I found the hotel prices for tea, coffee, dinners and lunches quite reasonalble for a four star hotel. Breakfast was a leisurally affair and the staff were great.
Not great views from the hotel but if you are not bothered about that, well and good.
The whole experience from start to finish was customer friendly. Service, food and accommodation exceeded expectations. My mother has mobility issues but was very happy throughout. The location was perfect for sightseeing throughout Donegal.
Beds, may as well sleep on concrete. Lack of TV channels but good size screen. Wifi - very poor, drops in & out. Breakfast & staff. Staff not interested.
I loved the pool an the room was lovely an clean an comfy
The wifi was abit poor sometimes
Ease of access to the hotel on entering town. Excellent manner of front of house staff. All facilities clean and well kept. Easy to find facilities within the hotel. All staff easy to get on with even when under pressure. Breakfasts first class, all you can eat and good quality produce. Had an evening meal in the bar, only complaint found it hard to finish the amount given.
Paid by Visa. Deposit was taken on arrival along with entire fee for stay. Deposit given back on departure, this could leave some travelers short of cash for spending in the town. On asking why this was so, told it was company policy because Visa transaction.
Very good hotel overall, Friendly and helpful staff , Food quality excellent , Only downside , poor quality pillows made an uncomfortable nights sleep
Poor quality pillows
The location was great for shopping. The breakfast times up to 11am made for a more relaxing break if you want a later start. The swimming pool faclities were excelent and easy to use.
I tried to order a roomservice meal on the Saturday evening and phoned 6 times and no one answered. I finnaly just went out for something
The staff were very helpful in all our queries, we were in search of the northern lights and needs a decent spot, the night porter advised us of a great spot, sadly no lights though :-(
We got home at 3:30am and were really tired and hit the hay, only to struggle to sleep with someone outside emptying glass bins in the service yard at the back. Bar that, all was great with the hotel.
The Breakfast was first class-best choice of breakfast. I don't eat cooked breakfast and was pleased with all the alternatives. Room was spacious but very warm. Fan on all night helped..fridge welcome to keep water cool.Quiet room.Reception staff very proficient and pleasant.
Carpets are grubby-first thing I noticed coming out of lift..beautiful carpet-spoiled by stains..
we had a great time , the selection of shops to keep her indoors happy was brilliant, the bookies are nice and handy. the Letterkenny shoping center is the first I,ve been in that had a bar in the shopping center very nice.
