Everything was great, the comfort if the business room, the nice design, the excellent breakfast, the location close to good restaurants and bars, a short walk from grafton street and temple bar, but what made the difference was the staff. They were just amazing, incredibly nice, proactive and helpful, with a flawless professionalism. This is quite exceptional and so much above the 5 stars neighbours. Thank you, we had a perfect weekend.
Car parking available
Excellent hotel, very upscale Great shower
No clock No tissues
Location. Very convenient for shopping. Lovely room. Facilities excellent. Staff very helpful, parking availability very useful.
Didn't dislike anything.
Staff were very helpful - allowed us to park under croft twice (at no charge)as we loaded/unloaded our hire car. Location was great - within walking distance of all major attractions. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely heplful and knowlegeable front desk staff Clean, modern and well designed entrance foyer and adjacent public areas
Cost of breakfast
the underground carpark was a real bonus for us, and marks this hotel out in city centre because of this facility
Restaurant/bar excellent food choices. Breakfast buffet excellent 3 big blocks to Grafton Street
Check-in/Check-out at peak times was understaffed. Staffing at front desk weak on local city knowledge- Eastern European in origin is the reason.
Excellent staff, breakfast and business room. Very good location.
This hotel offers the best free breakfast we've had in years of travel. The table staff was pleasant/accommodating and the front desk personnel were most helpful. They pay attention to requests...ours was for a quiet room on an upper floor. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms modern....room was immaculate.
Would have appreciated a business room with computer available to guests instead of the pay internet.
We upgraded to a business class room from original booking and appreciated the the benefits. Great location for getting around. Excellent meals in both restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would come back for sure.
Location was great. Staff very helpful - tea & coffee making facilities.
On our first stay on the 1st floor it rained during the night and there was a terrible and very loud water dripping noise which woke us & continued for 2 hours. On our next stay a week later we were put on another floor - no issues there.
The staff were all helpful and knew what, when, how and where! The hotel was clean to a very high standard and the breakfast was ace!
I had to leave!
Spacious room with comfortable bed and good pillows. Quality of bathroom. Super breakfast with lots of choice.
Colour scheme of room and corridors - dark brown and beige gloomy and could be depressing.
The staff was very cordial and even allowed us to check in early.
The air conditioning seemed to be "governed" - the room never seemed cool and the windows were locked.
Excellent building, room, nice elegant furniture, great facilities.
It's a task reaching the hotel from airport coaches. Nobody knows where to get down as nobody knows hotel by name neither anyone in dublin know the street name Golden Lane. Name of the. Hotel does not appear on any of the various airport transfer coach services. Hotel did not offer airport pick up or drop.
Wifi difficult to get sometimes
The location is great, staff is very very friendly and helpful. Beds were great. Nice view from rooms on the 4th floor.
Beds were not made 4 pm, no pool/spa in hotel, wifi did not work properly (maybe because our room was at the far end of a corridor)
Staff, food quality the best.
Comfortable and well equipped rooms - location good if you are walking or using taxis (bit difficult to find by car)
Some gaps in facilities (e.g. BBC2 listed but not available; only one dressing gown provided) and had to press staff to clarify / rectify
The man at reception was amazing at his job, (I think his name was Adam..). He was really helpful and friendly. Also, the bed and shower were both unbelievably lovely!
We just arrived home from a wonderful weekend in Dublin. After checking out various hotels in central locations, we decided on the Radisson BLU Hotel. We liked the idea of being central, whilst being in a slightly quiet position. It was a great decision. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel staff were lovely, and they helped us in every way. In particular the manager in reception, who was more than happy to point out his favourite tourist attractions and restaurants. We stayed in a business class room, which overlooked Dublin Castle. It was a fantastic room, which felt luxurious, clean and modern. The bathroom had a large bath and a separate shower, and everything felt new, clean and fresh. The breakfast buffét was excellent, as well as everything we ate at the a la carte restaurant. Can't fault anything, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
We had a Jr. Suite and it was just as it was pictured online. The Bathroom was very clean and Beautiful. The tub was huge and great for soaking in, with a TV in the wall as well! The view of the City was great....loved the balcony but what I LOVED most was the pillows! I have a very bad neck and back and the bed was very comfortable but the feather pillows really gave me a great nights sleep....I want one! lol The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you.
The only thing that we didn't like was that we only got to stay here for 2 days....next time will make it longer. :)
