Radisson BLU Royal Hotel Dublin  

The room was very nice and the bathroom very modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet.

We did not receive a turn down service the first day and our room still hadn't been made up at 4.30 P.M. on second day. There was a turn down on the 2nd night but with an apple on our pillows instead of the usual chocolate. Who wants to eat an apple last thing at night! The food was very good in the hotel but the service was poor. 2 hours for 2 courses is unacceptable.

My family and I were very happy with the hotel and would certainly stay there again if an opportunity develops.

At the beginning they mentioned that I need to pay an extra 45 euros per night for an extra bed for my 2 young chilren despite the fact that the web site mentioned that all children under 12 are free if existing bedding (we had a King size bed) is used and there was no mention of limit of number of guests in the room. When I showed what I had printed from the US regarding above, the receptionist called the manager and imediately agreed to the terms. This is not a complain, just a recap of what happened.

Its location and the peace and quietness of the rooms at night. The shower and bathroom was excellent and large. It was a great experience and we would stay at Radisson again anywhere in the world based on this experience.

Sightseeing around Dublin, hotel very central to the town centre and all modes of transport.

Room had not been cleaned by 4 pm on our second day, we left the hotel approx. 12Pm and the cleaning maid's trolley was outside the next room to ours so we assumed we would be next. When we returned we had to find the maid and ask for clean towels etc as we did not need them cleaned the day before.

Location, comfort

€150 was a pricey for the standard room (excld breakfast) - charging €20 for parking is excessive

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, good size rooms

Location was good for shopping in Grafton street, and about 5-10 mins from Temple bar. We went for New year, all bars full and really expensive. Double Barcardi and double Whiskey 25 Euro! (£22).

Dublin is seriously expensive, even more so that Paris, Amsterdam, Milan. So take plenty of Euro's if you want to eat and drink.

Location is perfect. It is quiet (not as on Temple Bar). Taxi stop just behind the entrance of the hotel. Internet is fast, no problems with watching YouTube in hd. Breakfast is really super (consider choosing business room as it includes breakfast). Helpful staff.

Friendly staff and a nice ambience in the Hotel.

I had booked a room that was wheelchair accessible. The room didn't measure up at all, in fact not once while staying in the hotel was I able to get my wheelchair into the bathroom. This is a major problem for those of us with disabilities. We're paying for a room that we can't use. The matter requires urgent attention.

Everything was fine, i could not have asked for more, it was truly a pleasurable and relaxing experience, staff were amazing as were the facilities.

The front desk staff was not as helpful and knowledgeable as I had hoped and as would have been helpful.

This hotel is in a very good location for Dublin city centre, it is a very high standard, rooms are spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable. great selection of food for the buffet breakfast and all fresh and tasty. Hotel staff were very firendly and as helpful as possible, check in and out was no hassel at all. This hotel offeres everything you could need for a relaxing city break, I would love to stay again.

Hotel is a little on the expensive side, I would stay alot more often if the price was a bit better.
