Die Lage am Bay und Fussgöngerdistanz zum Zentrum und Fussgöngerzone von Galway. Frühstücksraum am Bay und reichhaltiges Buffet. Quirliges Grosshätel mit Kongressen und Veranstaltungen, trotzdem gute Atmosühäre.

Obwohl schriftlicher Buchungswunsch "Zimmer mit Ausblick" Blick auf eine Wand, Hotel war ausgebucht, so dass kien Austausch möglich war. Zudem weiter Weg von Lobby zum Zimmer.

Das sehr freundliche Personal, gutes Restaurant, sehr schöne und ruhige Zimmer, geschmackvolle Einrichtung

A central location with convenient parking facilities -bedroom with aview with very comfortable bed.Buffet breakfast tasty and varied in pleasant surroundings.All of the above contributed to a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed with my 88 year old dad and the lifts were great we were in room 429 which is the longest walk from the reception.The breakfast was only OK

this is a non smoking hotel but i was only informed of this after check in i had booked a smoking room

The location to City Centre ,the simple process of checking in ,parking and excelelnt breakfast fare and presentation .

Reception staff aloof and impersonal, both during stay and fact-finding call prior to stay. No sense of occasion despite being event sponsor (Galway marathon)

one of us went golfing we both done some shopping which was close but not too close we went to the races two days went to mass which was very close visited salthill golfed at galwaybay g c first time we took a break in 40 years and enjoyed every minute we had b b but we ate all our meals at hotel as it was so good and clean my wife is very fussy but all was very good

The hotel was well positioned and within walking distance of Galway City, the facilities were all fine and would return.

Tempermental lift and they need to provide more than one 4 slot toaster in the mornings for the volume of guests that stay at this hotel at weekends.

I loved it all, room was perfect and a lovely choice 4 breakfast.

Excellent hotel that exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and the spa very relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Galway.
