very polite housekeeping staff; spacious and clean room, One touch Service a great idea, pool staff friendly and helpful Reception staff aloof and impersonal, both during stay and fact-finding call prior to stay. No sense of occasion despite being event sponsor (Galway marathon) |

the view from my room was over the river and a stunning start to each day.Maurice, the piano player in the bar was sensational! The jacuzzi inside and out of the pool didn't work. Also, the pool appeared a little jaded, with a part cordoned off and rust showing in places. |

I loved the experience and the comfort. Great light, decking, views. Perfect proximity to city and yet so private. Service was excellent. I would love to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quality break. No smoking bedrooms |

The hotel was well positioned and within walking distance of Galway City, the facilities were all fine and would return. Tempermental lift and they need to provide more than one 4 slot toaster in the mornings for the volume of guests that stay at this hotel at weekends. |

Facilities are top-notch, breakfast was great with a huge selection, and location was an easy walk to town. They saw we had our 5 yr old son, and upgraded us to a triple room, which was very nice. |

The hotel is very centrally located just off Eyre Square. It is a modern hotel as are the rooms. Free parking in the hotel was great as parking in the city can be difficult and expensive. The breakfast is terrific. Parking is in an underground car park which I found a bit clostrophobic. |

Warm welcome at reception was appreciated. Although we arrived early room was available for two elderly, tired travellers. The room was quite large and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and staff most attentive. |
