I enjoyed the service (hotel's pub & reception). In this case, it's all about their people. Nothing excited in terms of business design. Location could be even better. It was my first stay at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway. I wanted to experience this hotel, so it was my reason to stay there. If you understand your customer, than you know what customers prefer and how such preferences change over time. I prefer more simple, but more customized solutions when it comes to product & service offer. Something to think about. |

Really loved the luxury of this hotel, so relaxing. The staff were excellent it was very difficult to get around in the hotel as there were only two lifts and the hotel was busy..it took 15mins to get from the 3rd floor to the swimming pool,and when we got there it was closed for private lessons even though we were told the pool was open every day, this was very disappointing as the reason i booked the hotel was for the pool facilities. |

The hot tub outside was great but the pool was a bit chilly and the bubbles were never working in the hot tubThe steam room is just a ordinary one nothing special for the money that we paid.But the roob was incredible and very confy bed The Hot tub was not working |

We have stayed here a number of times and have always received first class service. We were slightly disappointed this time round with the room we got. It was at the front of the building and found thid to be very noisy at night time. |

I liked the hotel bedroom and also the bar staff and security staff ( at bar) were very nice also the location to city centre. The car park was very confusing. There should be a notice in the lift that dosn't bring you directly to the hotel lobby explaining this and maybe the directions to get you to the lobby.. Also I found that the waitress for the breakfast removed our plates almost immediately after we put our cutlery down even though there were tables full of dirty dishes with nobody at right beside us. She didn't give us time to decide if we were really finished or not. |
